The Secret Agenda of Mind Control
Please note: the letters and numbers after each paragraph denote the book and page number from which the mind control information was taken. BB—Bluebird MC—Mind Controllers NB—A Nation Betrayed.
A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953 [1] describes the creation of multiple personality in 19-year old girls. “These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H [hypnotic] controlled state ... by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words and that control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes.” BB 32
Under the provisions of the National Security Act of 1947, the CIA was established. One of the main areas investigated by the CIA was mind control. The behavior control program was motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. The CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records. [2] MC 3, 10, 17
The Senate Intelligence Committee did find some records during its investigation in 1976. Senator Frank Church, who led the congressional investigations of the CIA’s unlawful actions, said that the agency was “a rogue elephant” operating above the law as it plotted assassinations, illegally spied on thousands of Americans, and even drugged citizens in its effort to develop new weapons for its covert arsenal. [3] In 1977, through a Freedom of Information Act request, 16,000 pages of mind control documents were found as part of the Agency’s financial history. That is how this information has been pieced together. MC 5, 18, NB xvi, 38
The CIA Mind Control Projects
A CIA document dated 10 Feb 1954 [4] describes an experiment on the creation of unsuspecting assassins: “Miss [deleted] was then instructed (having expressed a fear of firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken Miss [deleted] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep) and failing this, she would pick up a pistol and fire it at Miss [deleted]. She was instructed that she would not hesitate to “kill.” Miss [deleted] carried out these suggestions including firing the (unloaded) gun at [deleted]. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened. Miss [deleted] expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened.” BB 36, 37
MKULTRA grew into a mammoth undertaking. The nature of the research included these specific problems:
Can we create by post-H (hypnotic) control an action contrary to an individual’s basic moral principles?
Can we “alter” a person’s personality? Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?
Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour by post-H control have him crash an airplane?
Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs? NB 13, 14, 28 [5]
In a 1971 Science Digest article [6], Dr. G.H. Estabrooks states, “By the 1920’s clinical hypnotists learned to split certain individuals into multiple personalities like Jeckyl-Hydes. During WWII, I worked this technique with a Marine lieutenant I’ll call Jones. I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a ‘normal’ Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge. Jones B was the deeper personality, knew all the thoughts of Jones A, and was ‘imprinted’ to say nothing during conscious phases. All I had to do was hypnotize him, get in touch with Jones B, and I had a pipeline straight into the Communist camp.” BB 167-169 For more on CIA mind control projects, click here.
Dr. Jose Delgado, a neurosurgeon and Yale professor, [7][8][9] received funding for brain electrode research on children and adults. In the 1950s, he developed a miniature electrode placed within an individual’s cranium capable of receiving and transmitting electronic signals. Delgado was able to control the movements of his subjects by pushing buttons on a remote transmitter. He demonstrated by wiring a fully-grown bull. With the device in place, Delgado stepped into the ring with the bull. The animal charged towards the experimenter – and then suddenly stopped, just before it reached him. The powerful beast had been stopped with the simple action of pushing a button on a small box held in Delgado’s hand. [10] MC 147, BB 88
The Mind Control Doctors
In the second half of the 20th century, mind control projects resulted in extensive political abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind control experimentation was not only tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals. Dr. William Sweet participated in both brain electrode implant experiments and the injection of uranium into medical patients at Harvard University. [11][12] Army doctors were involved in LSD testing at least until the late 1970’s. Subjects of LSD experiments included children as young as five years old, and brain electrodes were implanted in children as young as 11 years of age. BB, pg. K, 1, 21
Linda MacDonald was a victim of Dr. Ewen Cameron’s [13][14][15][16] destructive mind control experiments in 1963. Dr. Cameron was president of the American and World Psychiatric Associations. He used a “treatment” which involved intensive application of these brainwashing techniques; drug disinhibition, prolonged sleep, and prolonged psychological isolation. These were combined with ECT [Electro Convulsive Therapy]. [17][18][19] The amount of electricity introduced into Linda’s brain exceeded by 76.5 times the maximum amount recommended. Dr. Cameron’s technique resulted in permanent and complete amnesia. A class action suit against the CIA for Dr. Cameron’s MKULTRA experiments was settled out of court for $750,000, divided among eight plaintiffs in 1988. The concepts involved in manipulating behavior are found by many people both within and outside the Agency [CIA] to be distasteful and unethical. Nevertheless, there have been major accomplishments both in research and operational employment. Over the ten-year life of the program many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, and harassment substances. Some activities raise questions of legality implicit in the original charter. A final phase of the testing places the rights and interests of US citizens in jeopardy.
Technical Services Division initiated a program for covert testing of materials on unwitting US citizens in 1955. TSD has pursued a philosophy of minimum documentation in keeping with the high sensitivity of the projects. Some files contained little or no data at all. Many people are coming to the grim realization that they have endured alien abduction experiences. A significant percentage of alien abductees have learned that they are the object of extreme interest by deep black elements of the military intelligence community. This interest goes beyond simple monitoring, surveillance and psychological warfare operations (Psyops). Abductees are being used by the military in a variety of operational roles including but not limited to astral operators, psychic spies, covert operatives, technicians, and scientists. Abductees who have been used by the military in this fashion are known as “Milabs” which stands for “Military Abductees.” Milabs often describe being taken to underground facilities. Milabs as well as Military-Aerospace Insiders have witnessed non-human life forms and human military and medical personnel working together in underground and above ground installations.
The purpose of this treatise is to fill a large gap in alien abduction studies. Most of the “big name” researchers refuse to delve into issues such as the existence and primary role in alien abductions played by the Reptilians. The reptilians are the primary abducting force. The reptilians use “proxies” such as certain factions of the Grey aliens, Nordics, Insectoids and other ETs to do their bidding. The reptilians are also deeply involved in Milab Operations.
As a Student of History and a Historian myself, I am often confounded by the fragmentary historical record about a wide variety of subjects, not only from the distant past but from more recent times. America’s collective ignorance about our own History let alone recent events is due in large part to the malign influence of an Educational System funded by the Tax Exempt Foundations, Corporations and the Federal Government. Added to that is the all pervasive influence of the Corporate Media and the end result is a population completely ignorant about even the most basic facts of life. A cogent argument can be made that Alien Abductions and Military Abductions are a daily fact of life for countless people. This treatise will provide Milabs with information which will help them to adjust to this shattering reality.
How Did They Become Milabs?
Milabs are first and foremost legitimate alien abductees. Milabs have genetic markers which indicate DNA of non-human origin. I have spoken to a number of abductees who served in the military and during their time in the Armed Forces, these abductees were used in Milab and Mind Control operations. It was as if Military Intelligence, or a deep black element thereof, knew precisely who within the ranks were alien abductees.
Milabs who have served in the military describe being used in a variety of Mind Control operations some of them involving extremely high technology, very often in underground installations. Many report being injected with hypnotic drugs and having narco-hypnosis and memory erasure procedures performed upon them. This is done to ensure the milab forgets what he has seen or heard during these experiences. Post hypnotic commands and programming are instilled into compartmented sections of the milab’s mind.
Oftentimes Active Duty Milabs are treated by military psychologist during and even after their time in the military. Abductees in all branches of the service have reported being mind controlled during their stints in the military. Many former members of the military continue to be used in milab operations long after their military career has ended.
Civilian milabs can be found in all walks of life. Some have obvious connections to the military-industrial complex whilst others have no connection whatsoever. The obvious question most milabs ask themselves is, “how did the military find out about me?” Again, it is due to the unique genetic markers contained in the milabs DNA. The military, being a branch of the federal government, has access to any and all medical records. Even for civilians, there is ample opportunity for the powers that be to obtain DNA samples of the general population. Other factors which must be considered are the sensors and radar systems of the military which would allow milab controllers to know when alien spacecraft have passed close to human habitations. Subsequent investigation would determine if any abductees lived in the neighborhoods visited by the spaceship. Another piece of the puzzle is the testimony of people like Dan Sherman.
Dan Sherman served in a “grey” branch of the Air Force Security Service, the latter being the Air Force arm of the National Security Agency. Sherman says he was trained as an “Intuitive Communicator” by his superiors to establish and maintain communications with Extraterrestrials. Sherman concluded that the data being given from the ETs to his human controllers concerned alien abductees. I would go further: Based on the Laws of Chance and Statistical Probability at least some of the abductees in this program must be milabs. If elements of the deep black military are being given information about human beings used in ET abduction operations, then there must be some kind of ongoing cooperation between ETs and the military involving human beings.
Dan Sherman is not the only former insider to claim knowledge of an ongoing interaction between deep black elements of the Military-Aerospace community and non-human beings. Indeed there have been numerous accounts of interactions between deep black elements of the Military-Aerospace-Medical community with non-human beings. Thanks to the gatekeepers in the UFO Community, the fact of alien-human interaction has been dismissed, marginalized and reduced to the level of absurdity.
What Are Milabs Used For?
Throughout history military regimes have utilized the special skills of allied or subject peoples to further their geopolitical ends. Conquered peoples have been impressed into armies to fight and die for their masters. Unique skills of people in a particular region are exploited by their masters. Slingers, Archers, Cavalrymen, infantrymen, blacksmiths, cobblers, and carpenters have all been used by conquerors to further a particular geopolitical goal or agenda. I would argue that since the creation of the Federal Reserve and the resulting Debt based fiat currency system, this formerly great Republic is a conquered country in which each citizen is expected to make an annual tribute to the International Banking Cartel in the form of taxes. Milabs just happen to be a 21st Century version of the aforementioned slaves. Make no mistake about it: For all intents and purposes, milabs are slaves during these experiences, no matter how an individual milab chooses to interpret his or her experiences. Moreover, the milab controllers exhibit an extraordinary degree of control over the milab in areas such as interpersonal relationships, employment, and choice of residence, to name just three.
The training and tasking of milabs seems to be tailored to their particular attributes, personal strengths and weaknesses. There are certain types of training, indoctrination and medical procedures which are common to virtually all milabs. Many milabs have described the mass vaccination scenarios. They have described walking in and out of large unisex bathrooms. Milabs are variously clad in night clothes, ordinary civilian clothes or hospital smocks. During training or actual physical operations (as opposed to astral ops) milabs have worn military dress uniforms, Battle Dress Utilities (BDUs), camouflage uniforms, black or dark blue “SWAT” type outfits and gray sweat shirts and matching gray pants. Nurses and Doctors are a frequent sight at installations where milabs are taken. The setting can appear like any other medical facility and the medical staff can behave exactly as a normal medical staff would, except for the lack of information given to the “patient.” Some milabs recall being taken to a well known above ground medical facility. Some of the medical facilities where milabs have been taken include Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco, Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland California, and Balboa Naval Medical Center in San Diego California just to name a few.
The training and ops are divided thusly: Training scenarios and ops conducted whilst the milab is in the physical body and training and ops conducted whilst the milab is in an Out of Body State. Remote viewing ops conducted by milabs are usually done in the physical state. Physical training usually involves running, swimming, and weapons training. Survival training is emphasized. Individually and in groups, milabs are taught how to forage for food and water and to organize foraging parties. Milabs are sometimes encouraged by their controllers to learn First Aid skills and to even become First Responders such as Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighters.
Milabs can be used as couriers, covert operatives, technicians, and scientists.
As couriers the milab can operate singly or with another milab. Sometimes the milab works under the supervision of a controller. The training is given added urgency by the milab being placed in virtual reality scenarios involving nuclear holocaust, civil unrest, a pandemic, civil unrest, martial law involving foreign troops. The military has the capability of creating “stage managed dreams.” These are very vivid virtual reality scenarios. The controllers stress guile, resourcefulness and an unwillingness to surrender to the circumstances.
Many milabs have been used in Astral Ops. The Astral operators are trained to spy, act as a forward observer for air strikes, search for people or objects of intelligence value, and bring harm to others. As such milabs are “multi-task platforms.”
The military possess the technology to trigger an out of body experience within milabs. The milab controller talks to the milab and directs him or her to focus on particular targets during an astral op. The milab can be sitting on a reclined chair. The milab controller can talk in a normal tone of voice to the milab. Some milabs have described being on an astral op and hearing the voice of the milab controller in their mind. Some milab controllers themselves are psychic. The possibility exist that the military employs technology which can “boost” the thoughts of the milab controller so the milab can hear the commands, wherever the astral operator may be.
Some Milab Controllers Are Shapeshifters
Milab controllers vary in appearance and roles. Some of them are obviously military special operations personnel whose function is to train the milabs in survival skills and covert operations techniques. Other milab controllers train milabs in astral ops and in remote viewing. There have been numerous reports of military controllers or military personnel in general “shapeshifting” into reptilians within the confines of an underground base or secure locations in above ground bases. Milabs who have witnessed military personnel shapeshifting usually expressed no shock or surprise at these transformations suggesting that the percipient may have been in an altered state of mind or alter personality. I cannot express myself strongly enough about this facet of the milab experience: The reptilians are deeply involved in milab operations and hence are involved in the most secretive projects and operations on Earth.
Milabs are trained to be resourceful. Psychological tests are conducted on milabs to determine their decision making process under duress. Scenarios include compelling the milab to decide who to rescue from a fire: A young boy or a young girl? Should the milab rescue a human child or a human hybrid alien child? The milab controllers have a very good idea which milabs can be counted upon to be assassins and cutthroat operatives. Psychological profiles and genetic studies as well as background information about the upbringing of the milab will provide the milab controllers all the info they need to determine the suitability of a milab for one task or another. In most cases, the military has been deeply involved in the life of the milab from childhood.
Some milabs, even in a mind controlled state, are not suitable for ops where harming or killing others is required. Other milabs, even in full waking consciousness, would be happy to blast away at other people if they knew they would not get in trouble.
Some male milabs have a long history of domestic violence and frequently beat their spouses or girlfriends. Most of these violent milabs are reptilian or drac (winged gargoyle species) human hybrids. The milab controllers will use such individuals when remorseless brutality or other forms of mayhem are required. It is a sad fact that some male milabs are proud of the role they play advancing the reptilians’ New World Order agenda. If a particular milab is deemed unsuited for a particular task, then they will be retrained for other roles.
Mass milab settings have been described in which hundreds if not thousands of milabs can be seen walking around these underground installations. Some of these installations were designed to simulate very large airport terminals, complete with long escalators and long terminal passages.
The True State of the Art
Thanks to the ceaseless efforts of the gatekeepers in the UFO Community (and its safe to say at this point that you can add Stanton Friedman to that ever growing list) people still think of UFO technology from the standpoint of archaic and obsolete human technology. Stanton Friedman still crows about his time working on the NEPA Nuclear Powered Airplane project which was a complete boondoggle and a waste of time and resources. Nevertheless, the NEPA Nuclear Airplane Project is the “Gift That Keeps On Giving” because till the end of time, Stanton Friedman will continue to brag about how knowledgeable he is about modern technology based on his involvement on the NEPA Nuclear Airplane Project which was a complete joke.
On the oxymoronically titled “History Channel” Friedman appeared on a segment of UFO Files known as “The Day After Roswell.” Friedman along with the rest of the debunkers dismissed the late Lieutenant Colonel Philip Corso’s claims that Corso had helped seed alien technology into the commercial sector. Corso stated in his book and in many interviews that he provided samples of alien technology obtained from the Roswell Crash Retrieval to a number of Research and Development centers around the United States. The analysis of items led to the creation of night vision goggles, fiber optics and lasers to name just three. Friedman and the other debunkers insisted that all technology present on Earth is the result of human ingenuity. In other words there has never been any attempt to determine the full potential of all the alien technology recovered over the years, let alone exploit this technology by the Global Elite.
In the recent past a book was published entitled “An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extra-Terrestrial Invasion” written by Travis S. Taylor and Bob Boan along with R.C. Anding & T. Conley Powell. This motley crew of writers routinely refers to Ufologists and UFO Whistleblowers as “UFO Conspiracy Theorists.” Yet they have the audacity to refer to the late and unlamented CIA debunker Karl Pflock as a “UFO Researcher.” In order to drive home the point that the Earth needs to prepare itself against an alien invasion, they frequently cite Hollywood films such as Independence Day and The War Of The Worlds as examples of what will happen if the Earth is caught by surprise.
Nowhere in this book are there references to the well documented intrusions of UFOs over Strategic Air Command bases which have resulted in the deactivation of Nuclear Missile Launch Control Facilities and tampering of the nuclear warheads themselves by low flying UFOs.
To give but one example of the seriousness of these events consider the testimony of former Air Force Lieutenant Robert Salas. Between March 14th and 16th 1967 at Malmstrom Air Force Base near Great Falls Montana, low flying UFOs described as brilliant reddish orange balls, hovered over two Nuclear Missile Launch Control Facilities (LCF) which resulted in up to twenty nuclear missiles suddenly going into “NO GO” status. The Minuteman II missiles were divided equally between Echo Flight and Oscar Flight, each flight having its own missile LCF. These twenty missiles silos were spread over a vast area of Montana
Technicians conducted an evaluation of the system and determined that for some inexplicable reason the Guidance and Control system malfunctioned. The eyewitnesses included launch control facility personnel as well as members of the Sabotage Alert Teams. Not exactly “UFO Conspiracy Theorists.” Veteran UFO investigator Raymond Fowler worked on the Minuteman II Planning Board at Sylvania, one of the contractors for that missile system. Fowler is also a former member of the Air Force Security Service (now known as the Air Force Electronic Security Command), the Air Force subsidiary of the National Security Agency. Fowler confirmed from his own sources that numerous incursions of low flying UFOs over Strategic Air Command missile bases did in fact occur during this time period. Moreover communications within the LCF sites were disrupted during the UFO visitations.
Similar events occurred at Minot AFB in North Dakota in 1968 and along the northern tier of SAC missile bases in November of 1975. The 1975 SAC incursions were well documented in such books as “Clear Intent” written by Lawrence Fawcett and Barry Greenwood. Clear Intent was later re-published under the title The UFO Cover-up.
Sightings of UFOs above sensitive Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) facilities by highly trained personnel such as scientists, security personnel and air force pilots have been recorded since the late 1940s. Sightings of UFOs over the AEC Hanford Facility in Washington State and the AEC Oak Ridge Facility are well documented. The documents I refer to are documents pried from a variety of U.S. Agencies via the Freedom of Information Act.
One of the most frightening examples of UFOs manipulating the control systems of nuclear missile launch facilities occurred in the former Soviet Union.
According to Vladimir Plantonov, on October 14th 1982 a UFO hovered over a Soviet ICBM base for hours near the town of Belokoroviche, northwest of Kiev, Ukraine. Many eyewitnesses reported that the craft was saucer shaped and was over nine hundred feet long. Plantonov, a missile engineer stated to ABC News Correspondent David Ensor that the missiles suddenly went into pre-launch mode, something that is only supposed to happen after Moscow sends authorizing codes to initiate the launch sequence. The missiles didn’t launch but the occupants of the UFO certainly got their message across: We control your weapons systems. We can disable them or we can cause them to launch thus initiating a planetary nuclear holocaust.
It is important for the readers to understand that these are well documented cases of UFOs disrupting and manipulating the guidance and control systems for the most powerful weapons systems known to exist. Why didn’t the authors of “An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extraterrestrial Invasion” mention any of these cases? Likewise why didn’t they write about the well documented and numerous cases of Jet Interceptors being scrambled after UFOs sometimes resulting in the loss of the planes and aircrew? The writers of “An Introduction to Planetary Defense” have an agenda. This is obvious from the fact that they dedicated the book to the people who lost their lives to the “terrorists” attacks of September 11th, 2001. There have been scientific peer reviewed papers which prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that nano-thermite explosives as well as thermate cutting charges were used at the World Trade Center Twin Towers. This is not open to debate no matter how uncomfortable it makes people feel and its obvious to me that a great many UFO Researchers want no part of 9/11 Truth, cowards and ignoramuses that they are.
So why are these authors who promote the 9/11 Lie writing about planetary defense against aliens now? More to the point, why do they believe conventional and even “advanced” directed energy weapons will even stand a chance against UFOs and their occupants? Pitting “modern” publicly known weapons systems against the known offensive capabilities of the aliens is worse than stupid. This is very much like lining up a dozen Greek Hoplites in a phalanx formation and asking them to stop the advance of a SS Panzer Corps.
This is an important question to ask because the issues I will soon bring up about Time Travel and Cloning would be dismissed as being ludicrous and beyond the pale by messiers Taylor, Boan, Anding and Powell and others like them. This is why I took the time to describe what UFOs had done to modern weapons systems in the past. Once again we have these relative non-entities trying to create parameters around what is considered credible and non-credible information about UFOs.
The Cloning of Milabs
This leads me to the next salient point: The Cloning of Milabs is a fact. I have spoken to many milabs who have described seeing clones of themselves. Sometimes the clones are younger, slimmer and more physically fit. Other times the clones look exactly as the milab does at the present time. Milab clones have been seen in suspended animation. Sometimes two or more clones are seen to be animated. They have feelings and emotions and have expressed anguish over the things that are done to them. One female milab I know saw two of her clones placed into a large plastic box and kept there. Her two clones struggled desperately to get out of the box. They were screaming and crying and the female milab was distraught over the treatment meted out to her clones.
Katherina Wilson described meeting two of her clones in an underground installation. They told her they were being used as prostitutes by the military and scientific personnel and were absolutely miserable about their situation.
Cloned bodies are used for training purposes. The deep black military has the means to transfer the consciousness of a sleeping milab into the body of a clone. The clone will then be made to perform a variety of training scenarios and perhaps even find him or herself used in “real world” ops, either on this planet or elsewhere. Confirmation of the use of clones for training purposes has been provided by other milabs. It is quite common for milabs who are acquainted with one another and who live in widely separated places, to see each other in underground installations, training scenarios and actual ops.
If one milab is known to be overweight but appears to be slimmer and in better shape than his or her “real” body, than it is a certainty that a clone was used. If the overweight milab has memories of the same training scenario or op that was described by the other milab, than we can infer that his or her consciousness was transferred into a cloned body for the duration of the event. In this fashion a comprehensive amount of training and operational experience can be imbued into the subconscious or alter personalities of the milab without the attendant risk of injury or death to the real individual. The milab may remember only fragments of the experiences in question but the total memories are maintained in the subconscious and the alter personalities, ready to be utilized and exploited by the milab controllers in the future. Moreover, if the cloned milab was compelled to perpetrate some act that would be morally repugnant to the milab, the memories of such activities can be neatly compartmentalized via the mind control programming. Some milab memories may be state dependent, that is, certain memories may only be remembered by the clone or clones!
The use of clones may be directly related to the Time Travel ops that many milabs have described. Again, milabs are legitimate alien abductees. They are essentially a hybrid form of human being with enhanced metaphysical capabilities due to their alien DNA. Thus they are ideal candidates for Time Travel projects. Keep in mind that the DNA of some milabs may contain genetic information from a number of different ET races, not just one. The reptilians factor in the lives of a great many milabs, whether they realize it or not. The reptilians are masters of frequency and resonance and are metaphysical operators par excellence. It is this capability that the deep black military controllers seek to harness within certain milabs.
Time Travel Ops
The mission objectives of these Time Travel projects can vary greatly. Some milabs describe being sent on teams into a divergent parallel time line either in the past or the future. The trips to the past in whatever time line often have as an objective the retrieval of alien technology. These ops present their own unique circumstances and problems. One Milab team leader told me he was never certain if the other team members emerging from an artificially created portal after him were the same team members he started out with. It stands to reason that if time travel ops are being conducted in this timeline, it is quite likely that other milab teams in other timelines are conducting the same or similar ops. This means that a milab who is a part of these time travel and timeline ops can never be sure what timeline he or she is in. One milab I spoke to recalled coming back from Spain in the late 1930s during the Spanish Civil War. Somehow the milab and a female milab accompanying him were detained by two foreign women from the present time period. The two milabs were drugged and debriefed about a variety of subjects. Eventually the two milabs were released or somehow freed from these two women and found themselves back in the current time period in a large underground installation simulated to look like a very large empty airport.
They were being escorted by military personnel dressed in apparel similar in appearance to the uniforms of commercial airline crews. The two milabs were brought into what appeared to be an office. The personnel handling them ran a hand held device over their bodies, apparently in search of new implants. Both of the milabs remembered this experience, one more than the other due to the effects of the drugs.
It is possible that the Time Travel ops are used by the controllers to either gain an advantage against real or potential adversaries in the present time period and into the future. Conversely Time Travel ops may be used to minimize damage wrought by other groups that exploit similar Time Travel technology. We cannot forget the prime role that certain non-human races such as the reptilians play in this scenario. The reptilians or factions thereof are the controlling factor on this planet. Based on my discussions with very knowledgeable milabs and abduction researchers such as my mentor Barbara Bartholic, there are human appearing beings that are commonly known as Pleidians. Unlike what is commonly written about the Pleidians in the UFO Literature, there are factions of the Pleidians that are working to advance an agenda that is inimical to the interest of the Human Race at large. Some of these Pleidian factions work in conjunction with certain factions of the reptilians. This is a very unpopular notion amongst many new agers and self described “contactees” but to suggest that all Pleidians are of necessity, “good” from our standpoint is patently absurd. The Pleidians are major players in the field of Time Travel. A number of my colleagues whose research I find highly credible have also found a time travel component with the milabs they have interviewed.
It should be noted that the aforementioned Dan Sherman was told by the Greys he was in communications with that the Greys are indeed involved with time travel ops.
Sherman was told that the Greys “go around” time. My colleagues and I are satisfied that the faction or factions of the Greys working with the deep black military also work for the reptilians. Again, the controlling factor appears to be the reptilians.
Today we have exopolitics movements that do not address these facts. Milabs are at the cutting edge of this developing situation. Milabs should not be regarded with awe nor should they be regarded with trepidation.
Milab Females Should Not Consult “Fundies”
A disturbing trend has emerged wherein self described “Counselors” and “Researchers” of a distinctly Fundamentalist Christian outlook have taken it upon themselves to “help” milab and monarch women who are coming to grips with their often traumatic experiences. At first the “Fundie” displays a lot of compassion and sympathy with the female milab or monarch. This is the first stage. The second stage consists of questioning her motives and the accuracy or validity of the experiences she has shared with him. He becomes judgmental towards her even accusing her of fabricating these experiences just to gain attention. The third stage features the Fundie telling the woman she is a sinner and if she would just stop sinning, she would stop having these problems. The Fundie counselor makes it clear that SINNING is the main problem in the woman’s life. The reptilians, milab controllers, illuminatti operatives, electromagnetic beaming, and various and sundry forms of psyops and harassment have nothing to do with it.
If the woman makes the mistake of mentioning she has psychic abilities and that on occasion her milab controllers or the ETs force her to utilize this capability, the Fundie will lambaste her for using “evil” and “satanic” powers that are the work of the devil. Despite her protest that she really has no control over the situation, he will continue to berate her and abuse her. We can see the progression quite clearly: The Fundie starts out as someone wanting to help the female milab but eventually morphs into a psychologically abusive misogynist. In all likelihood, some of these Female Milab and Monarch abusing Fundies are mind controlled themselves. They have a “Christian Front Alter” and are part of a control mechanism to further disempower and destabilize women in these projects, thus ensuring they remain under mind control. The final step is the most pernicious: The Fundie goes online and begins to impugn the character and integrity of the female milab or monarch who has come to him for help. The female milab at this point feels psychologically abused and her trust has been violated. This is par for the course. I have been given the names of a number of these controlling fundies. They simply must be part of an effort to maintain control over these women and prevent them from obtaining the help they need.
I have never met a Fundie who knows even the basic rudiments of Milab and Monarch Ops. If they do not even know the basic facts about these issues how can they be expected to be of any help to an actual milab or monarch? I mention Monarch females in this section because they are frequently the target of these misogynistic fundies. Note these fundies never castigate and psychologically abuse male milabs or monarchs. The reason for this is simple: They are likely to receive a black eye at the very least were they treat male milabs the way they treat female milabs. Please don’t misunderstand me: I have very close friends that are Fundamentalist Christians. Indeed some of them are female milabs and monarchs! But I do take exception to this form of outrageous abuse these fundies mete out to women who have already endured so much suffering and trauma. They need to be exposed and castigated themselves.
One final thing the public at large needs to be aware of is that the public is being inoculated to the reality of Milab Operations. Note the proliferation of shows with a distinctly Milab theme. Now it has reached the level of absurdity with television shows such as “Chuck” which is a comedy, yes a comedy about a mind controlled citizen who works in a department store. His Intelligence Handler is a beautiful woman. There is nothing remotely funny about milab operations to those having to endure them. It is deadly serious. It is not unusual for milabs to come down with serious illnesses such as brain cancer, kidney cancer and a variety of other serious illnesses. I hope this paper will help the newly aware milab that they are not alone and that help is available. At the very least a milab can find compassion and understanding from other milabs. That being said, each milab should be judged based on their actions and how they treat others. There are some milabs I want no part of.

Many people are coming to the grim realization that they have endured alien abduction experiences. A significant percentage of alien abductees have learned that they are the object of extreme interest by deep black elements of the military intelligence community. This interest goes beyond simple monitoring, surveillance and psychological warfare operations (Psyops). Abductees are being used by the military in a variety of operational roles including but not limited to astral operators, psychic spies, covert operatives, technicians, and scientists. Abductees who have been used by the military in this fashion are known as “Milabs” which stands for “Military Abductees.” Milabs often describe being taken to underground facilities. Milabs as well as Military-Aerospace Insiders have witnessed non-human life forms and human military and medical personnel working together in underground and above ground installations.
The purpose of this treatise is to fill a large gap in alien abduction studies. Most of the “big name” researchers refuse to delve into issues such as the existence and primary role in alien abductions played by the Reptilians. The reptilians are the primary abducting force. The reptilians use “proxies” such as certain factions of the Grey aliens, Nordics, Insectoids and other ETs to do their bidding. The reptilians are also deeply involved in Milab Operations.
As a Student of History and a Historian myself, I am often confounded by the fragmentary historical record about a wide variety of subjects, not only from the distant past but from more recent times. America’s collective ignorance about our own History let alone recent events is due in large part to the malign influence of an Educational System funded by the Tax Exempt Foundations, Corporations and the Federal Government. Added to that is the all pervasive influence of the Corporate Media and the end result is a population completely ignorant about even the most basic facts of life. A cogent argument can be made that Alien Abductions and Military Abductions are a daily fact of life for countless people. This treatise will provide Milabs with information which will help them to adjust to this shattering reality.
How Did They Become Milabs?
Milabs are first and foremost legitimate alien abductees. Milabs have genetic markers which indicate DNA of non-human origin. I have spoken to a number of abductees who served in the military and during their time in the Armed Forces, these abductees were used in Milab and Mind Control operations. It was as if Military Intelligence, or a deep black element thereof, knew precisely who within the ranks were alien abductees.
Milabs who have served in the military describe being used in a variety of Mind Control operations some of them involving extremely high technology, very often in underground installations. Many report being injected with hypnotic drugs and having narco-hypnosis and memory erasure procedures performed upon them. This is done to ensure the milab forgets what he has seen or heard during these experiences. Post hypnotic commands and programming are instilled into compartmented sections of the milab’s mind.
Oftentimes Active Duty Milabs are treated by military psychologist during and even after their time in the military. Abductees in all branches of the service have reported being mind controlled during their stints in the military. Many former members of the military continue to be used in milab operations long after their military career has ended.
Civilian milabs can be found in all walks of life. Some have obvious connections to the military-industrial complex whilst others have no connection whatsoever. The obvious question most milabs ask themselves is, “how did the military find out about me?” Again, it is due to the unique genetic markers contained in the milabs DNA. The military, being a branch of the federal government, has access to any and all medical records. Even for civilians, there is ample opportunity for the powers that be to obtain DNA samples of the general population. Other factors which must be considered are the sensors and radar systems of the military which would allow milab controllers to know when alien spacecraft have passed close to human habitations. Subsequent investigation would determine if any abductees lived in the neighborhoods visited by the spaceship. Another piece of the puzzle is the testimony of people like Dan Sherman.
Dan Sherman served in a “grey” branch of the Air Force Security Service, the latter being the Air Force arm of the National Security Agency. Sherman says he was trained as an “Intuitive Communicator” by his superiors to establish and maintain communications with Extraterrestrials. Sherman concluded that the data being given from the ETs to his human controllers concerned alien abductees. I would go further: Based on the Laws of Chance and Statistical Probability at least some of the abductees in this program must be milabs. If elements of the deep black military are being given information about human beings used in ET abduction operations, then there must be some kind of ongoing cooperation between ETs and the military involving human beings.
Dan Sherman is not the only former insider to claim knowledge of an ongoing interaction between deep black elements of the Military-Aerospace community and non-human beings. Indeed there have been numerous accounts of interactions between deep black elements of the Military-Aerospace-Medical community with non-human beings. Thanks to the gatekeepers in the UFO Community, the fact of alien-human interaction has been dismissed, marginalized and reduced to the level of absurdity.
What Are Milabs Used For?
Throughout history military regimes have utilized the special skills of allied or subject peoples to further their geopolitical ends. Conquered peoples have been impressed into armies to fight and die for their masters. Unique skills of people in a particular region are exploited by their masters. Slingers, Archers, Cavalrymen, infantrymen, blacksmiths, cobblers, and carpenters have all been used by conquerors to further a particular geopolitical goal or agenda. I would argue that since the creation of the Federal Reserve and the resulting Debt based fiat currency system, this formerly great Republic is a conquered country in which each citizen is expected to make an annual tribute to the International Banking Cartel in the form of taxes. Milabs just happen to be a 21st Century version of the aforementioned slaves. Make no mistake about it: For all intents and purposes, milabs are slaves during these experiences, no matter how an individual milab chooses to interpret his or her experiences. Moreover, the milab controllers exhibit an extraordinary degree of control over the milab in areas such as interpersonal relationships, employment, and choice of residence, to name just three.
The training and tasking of milabs seems to be tailored to their particular attributes, personal strengths and weaknesses. There are certain types of training, indoctrination and medical procedures which are common to virtually all milabs. Many milabs have described the mass vaccination scenarios. They have described walking in and out of large unisex bathrooms. Milabs are variously clad in night clothes, ordinary civilian clothes or hospital smocks. During training or actual physical operations (as opposed to astral ops) milabs have worn military dress uniforms, Battle Dress Utilities (BDUs), camouflage uniforms, black or dark blue “SWAT” type outfits and gray sweat shirts and matching gray pants. Nurses and Doctors are a frequent sight at installations where milabs are taken. The setting can appear like any other medical facility and the medical staff can behave exactly as a normal medical staff would, except for the lack of information given to the “patient.” Some milabs recall being taken to a well known above ground medical facility. Some of the medical facilities where milabs have been taken include Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco, Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland California, and Balboa Naval Medical Center in San Diego California just to name a few.
The training and ops are divided thusly: Training scenarios and ops conducted whilst the milab is in the physical body and training and ops conducted whilst the milab is in an Out of Body State. Remote viewing ops conducted by milabs are usually done in the physical state. Physical training usually involves running, swimming, and weapons training. Survival training is emphasized. Individually and in groups, milabs are taught how to forage for food and water and to organize foraging parties. Milabs are sometimes encouraged by their controllers to learn First Aid skills and to even become First Responders such as Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighters.
Milabs can be used as couriers, covert operatives, technicians, and scientists.
As couriers the milab can operate singly or with another milab. Sometimes the milab works under the supervision of a controller. The training is given added urgency by the milab being placed in virtual reality scenarios involving nuclear holocaust, civil unrest, a pandemic, civil unrest, martial law involving foreign troops. The military has the capability of creating “stage managed dreams.” These are very vivid virtual reality scenarios. The controllers stress guile, resourcefulness and an unwillingness to surrender to the circumstances.
Many milabs have been used in Astral Ops. The Astral operators are trained to spy, act as a forward observer for air strikes, search for people or objects of intelligence value, and bring harm to others. As such milabs are “multi-task platforms.”
The military possess the technology to trigger an out of body experience within milabs. The milab controller talks to the milab and directs him or her to focus on particular targets during an astral op. The milab can be sitting on a reclined chair. The milab controller can talk in a normal tone of voice to the milab. Some milabs have described being on an astral op and hearing the voice of the milab controller in their mind. Some milab controllers themselves are psychic. The possibility exist that the military employs technology which can “boost” the thoughts of the milab controller so the milab can hear the commands, wherever the astral operator may be.
Some Milab Controllers Are Shapeshifters
Milab controllers vary in appearance and roles. Some of them are obviously military special operations personnel whose function is to train the milabs in survival skills and covert operations techniques. Other milab controllers train milabs in astral ops and in remote viewing. There have been numerous reports of military controllers or military personnel in general “shapeshifting” into reptilians within the confines of an underground base or secure locations in above ground bases. Milabs who have witnessed military personnel shapeshifting usually expressed no shock or surprise at these transformations suggesting that the percipient may have been in an altered state of mind or alter personality. I cannot express myself strongly enough about this facet of the milab experience: The reptilians are deeply involved in milab operations and hence are involved in the most secretive projects and operations on Earth.
Milabs are trained to be resourceful. Psychological tests are conducted on milabs to determine their decision making process under duress. Scenarios include compelling the milab to decide who to rescue from a fire: A young boy or a young girl? Should the milab rescue a human child or a human hybrid alien child? The milab controllers have a very good idea which milabs can be counted upon to be assassins and cutthroat operatives. Psychological profiles and genetic studies as well as background information about the upbringing of the milab will provide the milab controllers all the info they need to determine the suitability of a milab for one task or another. In most cases, the military has been deeply involved in the life of the milab from childhood.
Some milabs, even in a mind controlled state, are not suitable for ops where harming or killing others is required. Other milabs, even in full waking consciousness, would be happy to blast away at other people if they knew they would not get in trouble.
Some male milabs have a long history of domestic violence and frequently beat their spouses or girlfriends. Most of these violent milabs are reptilian or drac (winged gargoyle species) human hybrids. The milab controllers will use such individuals when remorseless brutality or other forms of mayhem are required. It is a sad fact that some male milabs are proud of the role they play advancing the reptilians’ New World Order agenda. If a particular milab is deemed unsuited for a particular task, then they will be retrained for other roles.
Mass milab settings have been described in which hundreds if not thousands of milabs can be seen walking around these underground installations. Some of these installations were designed to simulate very large airport terminals, complete with long escalators and long terminal passages.
The True State of the Art
Thanks to the ceaseless efforts of the gatekeepers in the UFO Community (and its safe to say at this point that you can add Stanton Friedman to that ever growing list) people still think of UFO technology from the standpoint of archaic and obsolete human technology. Stanton Friedman still crows about his time working on the NEPA Nuclear Powered Airplane project which was a complete boondoggle and a waste of time and resources. Nevertheless, the NEPA Nuclear Airplane Project is the “Gift That Keeps On Giving” because till the end of time, Stanton Friedman will continue to brag about how knowledgeable he is about modern technology based on his involvement on the NEPA Nuclear Airplane Project which was a complete joke.
On the oxymoronically titled “History Channel” Friedman appeared on a segment of UFO Files known as “The Day After Roswell.” Friedman along with the rest of the debunkers dismissed the late Lieutenant Colonel Philip Corso’s claims that Corso had helped seed alien technology into the commercial sector. Corso stated in his book and in many interviews that he provided samples of alien technology obtained from the Roswell Crash Retrieval to a number of Research and Development centers around the United States. The analysis of items led to the creation of night vision goggles, fiber optics and lasers to name just three. Friedman and the other debunkers insisted that all technology present on Earth is the result of human ingenuity. In other words there has never been any attempt to determine the full potential of all the alien technology recovered over the years, let alone exploit this technology by the Global Elite.
In the recent past a book was published entitled “An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extra-Terrestrial Invasion” written by Travis S. Taylor and Bob Boan along with R.C. Anding & T. Conley Powell. This motley crew of writers routinely refers to Ufologists and UFO Whistleblowers as “UFO Conspiracy Theorists.” Yet they have the audacity to refer to the late and unlamented CIA debunker Karl Pflock as a “UFO Researcher.” In order to drive home the point that the Earth needs to prepare itself against an alien invasion, they frequently cite Hollywood films such as Independence Day and The War Of The Worlds as examples of what will happen if the Earth is caught by surprise.
Nowhere in this book are there references to the well documented intrusions of UFOs over Strategic Air Command bases which have resulted in the deactivation of Nuclear Missile Launch Control Facilities and tampering of the nuclear warheads themselves by low flying UFOs.
To give but one example of the seriousness of these events consider the testimony of former Air Force Lieutenant Robert Salas. Between March 14th and 16th 1967 at Malmstrom Air Force Base near Great Falls Montana, low flying UFOs described as brilliant reddish orange balls, hovered over two Nuclear Missile Launch Control Facilities (LCF) which resulted in up to twenty nuclear missiles suddenly going into “NO GO” status. The Minuteman II missiles were divided equally between Echo Flight and Oscar Flight, each flight having its own missile LCF. These twenty missiles silos were spread over a vast area of Montana
Technicians conducted an evaluation of the system and determined that for some inexplicable reason the Guidance and Control system malfunctioned. The eyewitnesses included launch control facility personnel as well as members of the Sabotage Alert Teams. Not exactly “UFO Conspiracy Theorists.” Veteran UFO investigator Raymond Fowler worked on the Minuteman II Planning Board at Sylvania, one of the contractors for that missile system. Fowler is also a former member of the Air Force Security Service (now known as the Air Force Electronic Security Command), the Air Force subsidiary of the National Security Agency. Fowler confirmed from his own sources that numerous incursions of low flying UFOs over Strategic Air Command missile bases did in fact occur during this time period. Moreover communications within the LCF sites were disrupted during the UFO visitations.
Similar events occurred at Minot AFB in North Dakota in 1968 and along the northern tier of SAC missile bases in November of 1975. The 1975 SAC incursions were well documented in such books as “Clear Intent” written by Lawrence Fawcett and Barry Greenwood. Clear Intent was later re-published under the title The UFO Cover-up.
Sightings of UFOs above sensitive Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) facilities by highly trained personnel such as scientists, security personnel and air force pilots have been recorded since the late 1940s. Sightings of UFOs over the AEC Hanford Facility in Washington State and the AEC Oak Ridge Facility are well documented. The documents I refer to are documents pried from a variety of U.S. Agencies via the Freedom of Information Act.
One of the most frightening examples of UFOs manipulating the control systems of nuclear missile launch facilities occurred in the former Soviet Union.
According to Vladimir Plantonov, on October 14th 1982 a UFO hovered over a Soviet ICBM base for hours near the town of Belokoroviche, northwest of Kiev, Ukraine. Many eyewitnesses reported that the craft was saucer shaped and was over nine hundred feet long. Plantonov, a missile engineer stated to ABC News Correspondent David Ensor that the missiles suddenly went into pre-launch mode, something that is only supposed to happen after Moscow sends authorizing codes to initiate the launch sequence. The missiles didn’t launch but the occupants of the UFO certainly got their message across: We control your weapons systems. We can disable them or we can cause them to launch thus initiating a planetary nuclear holocaust.
It is important for the readers to understand that these are well documented cases of UFOs disrupting and manipulating the guidance and control systems for the most powerful weapons systems known to exist. Why didn’t the authors of “An Introduction to Planetary Defense: A Study of Modern Warfare Applied to Extraterrestrial Invasion” mention any of these cases? Likewise why didn’t they write about the well documented and numerous cases of Jet Interceptors being scrambled after UFOs sometimes resulting in the loss of the planes and aircrew? The writers of “An Introduction to Planetary Defense” have an agenda. This is obvious from the fact that they dedicated the book to the people who lost their lives to the “terrorists” attacks of September 11th, 2001. There have been scientific peer reviewed papers which prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that nano-thermite explosives as well as thermate cutting charges were used at the World Trade Center Twin Towers. This is not open to debate no matter how uncomfortable it makes people feel and its obvious to me that a great many UFO Researchers want no part of 9/11 Truth, cowards and ignoramuses that they are.
So why are these authors who promote the 9/11 Lie writing about planetary defense against aliens now? More to the point, why do they believe conventional and even “advanced” directed energy weapons will even stand a chance against UFOs and their occupants? Pitting “modern” publicly known weapons systems against the known offensive capabilities of the aliens is worse than stupid. This is very much like lining up a dozen Greek Hoplites in a phalanx formation and asking them to stop the advance of a SS Panzer Corps.
This is an important question to ask because the issues I will soon bring up about Time Travel and Cloning would be dismissed as being ludicrous and beyond the pale by messiers Taylor, Boan, Anding and Powell and others like them. This is why I took the time to describe what UFOs had done to modern weapons systems in the past. Once again we have these relative non-entities trying to create parameters around what is considered credible and non-credible information about UFOs.
The Cloning of Milabs
This leads me to the next salient point: The Cloning of Milabs is a fact. I have spoken to many milabs who have described seeing clones of themselves. Sometimes the clones are younger, slimmer and more physically fit. Other times the clones look exactly as the milab does at the present time. Milab clones have been seen in suspended animation. Sometimes two or more clones are seen to be animated. They have feelings and emotions and have expressed anguish over the things that are done to them. One female milab I know saw two of her clones placed into a large plastic box and kept there. Her two clones struggled desperately to get out of the box. They were screaming and crying and the female milab was distraught over the treatment meted out to her clones.
Katherina Wilson described meeting two of her clones in an underground installation. They told her they were being used as prostitutes by the military and scientific personnel and were absolutely miserable about their situation.
Cloned bodies are used for training purposes. The deep black military has the means to transfer the consciousness of a sleeping milab into the body of a clone. The clone will then be made to perform a variety of training scenarios and perhaps even find him or herself used in “real world” ops, either on this planet or elsewhere. Confirmation of the use of clones for training purposes has been provided by other milabs. It is quite common for milabs who are acquainted with one another and who live in widely separated places, to see each other in underground installations, training scenarios and actual ops.
If one milab is known to be overweight but appears to be slimmer and in better shape than his or her “real” body, than it is a certainty that a clone was used. If the overweight milab has memories of the same training scenario or op that was described by the other milab, than we can infer that his or her consciousness was transferred into a cloned body for the duration of the event. In this fashion a comprehensive amount of training and operational experience can be imbued into the subconscious or alter personalities of the milab without the attendant risk of injury or death to the real individual. The milab may remember only fragments of the experiences in question but the total memories are maintained in the subconscious and the alter personalities, ready to be utilized and exploited by the milab controllers in the future. Moreover, if the cloned milab was compelled to perpetrate some act that would be morally repugnant to the milab, the memories of such activities can be neatly compartmentalized via the mind control programming. Some milab memories may be state dependent, that is, certain memories may only be remembered by the clone or clones!
The use of clones may be directly related to the Time Travel ops that many milabs have described. Again, milabs are legitimate alien abductees. They are essentially a hybrid form of human being with enhanced metaphysical capabilities due to their alien DNA. Thus they are ideal candidates for Time Travel projects. Keep in mind that the DNA of some milabs may contain genetic information from a number of different ET races, not just one. The reptilians factor in the lives of a great many milabs, whether they realize it or not. The reptilians are masters of frequency and resonance and are metaphysical operators par excellence. It is this capability that the deep black military controllers seek to harness within certain milabs.
Time Travel Ops
The mission objectives of these Time Travel projects can vary greatly. Some milabs describe being sent on teams into a divergent parallel time line either in the past or the future. The trips to the past in whatever time line often have as an objective the retrieval of alien technology. These ops present their own unique circumstances and problems. One Milab team leader told me he was never certain if the other team members emerging from an artificially created portal after him were the same team members he started out with. It stands to reason that if time travel ops are being conducted in this timeline, it is quite likely that other milab teams in other timelines are conducting the same or similar ops. This means that a milab who is a part of these time travel and timeline ops can never be sure what timeline he or she is in. One milab I spoke to recalled coming back from Spain in the late 1930s during the Spanish Civil War. Somehow the milab and a female milab accompanying him were detained by two foreign women from the present time period. The two milabs were drugged and debriefed about a variety of subjects. Eventually the two milabs were released or somehow freed from these two women and found themselves back in the current time period in a large underground installation simulated to look like a very large empty airport.
They were being escorted by military personnel dressed in apparel similar in appearance to the uniforms of commercial airline crews. The two milabs were brought into what appeared to be an office. The personnel handling them ran a hand held device over their bodies, apparently in search of new implants. Both of the milabs remembered this experience, one more than the other due to the effects of the drugs.
It is possible that the Time Travel ops are used by the controllers to either gain an advantage against real or potential adversaries in the present time period and into the future. Conversely Time Travel ops may be used to minimize damage wrought by other groups that exploit similar Time Travel technology. We cannot forget the prime role that certain non-human races such as the reptilians play in this scenario. The reptilians or factions thereof are the controlling factor on this planet. Based on my discussions with very knowledgeable milabs and abduction researchers such as my mentor Barbara Bartholic, there are human appearing beings that are commonly known as Pleidians. Unlike what is commonly written about the Pleidians in the UFO Literature, there are factions of the Pleidians that are working to advance an agenda that is inimical to the interest of the Human Race at large. Some of these Pleidian factions work in conjunction with certain factions of the reptilians. This is a very unpopular notion amongst many new agers and self described “contactees” but to suggest that all Pleidians are of necessity, “good” from our standpoint is patently absurd. The Pleidians are major players in the field of Time Travel. A number of my colleagues whose research I find highly credible have also found a time travel component with the milabs they have interviewed.
It should be noted that the aforementioned Dan Sherman was told by the Greys he was in communications with that the Greys are indeed involved with time travel ops.
Sherman was told that the Greys “go around” time. My colleagues and I are satisfied that the faction or factions of the Greys working with the deep black military also work for the reptilians. Again, the controlling factor appears to be the reptilians.
Today we have exopolitics movements that do not address these facts. Milabs are at the cutting edge of this developing situation. Milabs should not be regarded with awe nor should they be regarded with trepidation.
Milab Females Should Not Consult “Fundies”
A disturbing trend has emerged wherein self described “Counselors” and “Researchers” of a distinctly Fundamentalist Christian outlook have taken it upon themselves to “help” milab and monarch women who are coming to grips with their often traumatic experiences. At first the “Fundie” displays a lot of compassion and sympathy with the female milab or monarch. This is the first stage. The second stage consists of questioning her motives and the accuracy or validity of the experiences she has shared with him. He becomes judgmental towards her even accusing her of fabricating these experiences just to gain attention. The third stage features the Fundie telling the woman she is a sinner and if she would just stop sinning, she would stop having these problems. The Fundie counselor makes it clear that SINNING is the main problem in the woman’s life. The reptilians, milab controllers, illuminatti operatives, electromagnetic beaming, and various and sundry forms of psyops and harassment have nothing to do with it.
If the woman makes the mistake of mentioning she has psychic abilities and that on occasion her milab controllers or the ETs force her to utilize this capability, the Fundie will lambaste her for using “evil” and “satanic” powers that are the work of the devil. Despite her protest that she really has no control over the situation, he will continue to berate her and abuse her. We can see the progression quite clearly: The Fundie starts out as someone wanting to help the female milab but eventually morphs into a psychologically abusive misogynist. In all likelihood, some of these Female Milab and Monarch abusing Fundies are mind controlled themselves. They have a “Christian Front Alter” and are part of a control mechanism to further disempower and destabilize women in these projects, thus ensuring they remain under mind control. The final step is the most pernicious: The Fundie goes online and begins to impugn the character and integrity of the female milab or monarch who has come to him for help. The female milab at this point feels psychologically abused and her trust has been violated. This is par for the course. I have been given the names of a number of these controlling fundies. They simply must be part of an effort to maintain control over these women and prevent them from obtaining the help they need.
I have never met a Fundie who knows even the basic rudiments of Milab and Monarch Ops. If they do not even know the basic facts about these issues how can they be expected to be of any help to an actual milab or monarch? I mention Monarch females in this section because they are frequently the target of these misogynistic fundies. Note these fundies never castigate and psychologically abuse male milabs or monarchs. The reason for this is simple: They are likely to receive a black eye at the very least were they treat male milabs the way they treat female milabs. Please don’t misunderstand me: I have very close friends that are Fundamentalist Christians. Indeed some of them are female milabs and monarchs! But I do take exception to this form of outrageous abuse these fundies mete out to women who have already endured so much suffering and trauma. They need to be exposed and castigated themselves.
One final thing the public at large needs to be aware of is that the public is being inoculated to the reality of Milab Operations. Note the proliferation of shows with a distinctly Milab theme. Now it has reached the level of absurdity with television shows such as “Chuck” which is a comedy, yes a comedy about a mind controlled citizen who works in a department store. His Intelligence Handler is a beautiful woman. There is nothing remotely funny about milab operations to those having to endure them. It is deadly serious. It is not unusual for milabs to come down with serious illnesses such as brain cancer, kidney cancer and a variety of other serious illnesses. I hope this paper will help the newly aware milab that they are not alone and that help is available. At the very least a milab can find compassion and understanding from other milabs. That being said, each milab should be judged based on their actions and how they treat others. There are some milabs I want no part of.

Are we alone in the universe?
Of course not. We're not even alone on earth. Even assuming that a finite 3D universe is all there is, calculations show a high probability that intelligent life exists elsewhere in this galaxy and that earth has seen the presence of extraterrestrials. Anyone with common sense acknowledges this possibility, anyone with an open mind will research the subject, and anyone with open eyes will confirm for themselves that aliens exist, have been active in our past, and continue to be actively involved in human affairs today.
Skeptics tend to be ignorant and refuse to examine all the evidence, closing their eyes and claiming they don't see any evidence that aliens exist. In truth, ignorance is never proof to the contrary. To put it another way, "Just because your head's up your ass doesn't mean the sun don't shine."
Evidence is everywhere - from worldwide religious and mythological accounts commonly describing ancient encounters with advanced beings, anomalous archaeological sites and artifacts indicating past use of superior technology, over a century's worth of eyewitness sightings of UFOs, hundreds of physical trace samples recovered from UFO landing sits, government documents and whistleblowers acknowledging the existence of extraterrestrials, and thousands of abduction cases that include multiple witnesses, memories recalled without hypnosis, and undisputable physical and medical evidence confirming these accounts.
In a nutshell, what is the alien agenda?
Mankind is being enslaved by non-human forces who are technologically, psychically, and dimensionally superior to us. They consist of multiple factions, spanning multiple dimensions and locations in spacetime, all here to take a slice of the human pie. Their ultimate goal is to assimilate us into their fascist empire and parasitically exploit us for our biological, etheric, and physical resources. Through covert manipulation and hyperdimensional tricks that utilize time travel, they have secretly manipulated and exploited humanity in every way conceivable for tens of thousands of years. We are now seeing their plans overtly manifest with the abduction and hybrid breeding program, and their imminent portrayal as saviors to a human race gone mad with world conflict. If the world accepts them as saviors, individual freedom as we know it will become snuffed like a blown candle, leaving only darkness.
Given their technological superiority, why don't hostile alien forces just take over the planet?
For strategic reasons, their invasion is a drawn out process rather than a single spectacular blitzkrieg as one might expect, though the latter can be used to finalize the invasion once the first phase has spiritually tranquilized the target population. There are many problems with an overt invasion using physical force. History has shown that visible tyrants are also visible targets who quickly fall if they reveal themselves before total control has been established. Smarter tyrants stay hidden and cleverly manipulate the population into first defeating and enslaving itself.
Cosmic tyrants exist who seek to assimilate entire worlds into their empire. The premature invasion of those who have UFO sightingtargeted us could lead to conflicts threatening the two resources they have come here to exploit: earth and its inhabitants. They prefer that we willingly hand over ourselves and the planet with the least amount of resistance. This can only happen under the condition that we are unaware of their true nature or agenda. Preparing such deception requires much groundwork. Thus, they have chosen to covertly and patiently manipulate human society toward that end.
Their preferred method of subversion is to create elite among the population who do the dirty work of enslaving the rest. What we know as the "secret government" is an occult technocracy comprised of these elite humans. The secret government is using problem-reaction-solution techniques to frame world conflicts as pretexts for the establishment of a "New World Order," an overt global totalitarian regime that will lockdown any potential for resistance and secure earth for easy assimilation into the alien empire.
Why have they not finished their invasion sooner, back when our technology was too primitive to damage their desired resources?
As mentioned, they prefer we willingly acquiesce our collective freewill. Only recently have we become technologically and politically advanced enough to create and support the infrastructure of the New World Order through which we are intended to enslave ourselves. They make their victims dig their own graves.
On a side note, this policy of brutal efficiency was demonstrated by the Nazis in their execution of captives. The rise and fall of Nazi Germany was orchestrated by the secret government as a test run for what is now becoming manifest, and much of Nazi ideology and methodology was a direct reflection of the hostile alien mindset.
Ironically, the secret government itself is just a global version of the "sonderkommando," the elite squads of Jews the Nazis selected from among the concentration camp population to control and execute their own people. Despite promises of power and survival, the sonderkommando were quickly discarded once they finished serving their purpose, and the secret government faces a similar fate once the alien invasion is complete.
Don't members of the secret government know they're being deceived?
In a negative hierarchy, all subordinates are in some way duped by their superiors, as that is how superiority is maintained. It is the wishful nature of such individuals to think they share the top of the food chain. Other members are forced to uphold their allegiance due to blackmail, oath, or mind programming. While these factors keep the hierarchy together, they also serves as its undoing when the control system encounters unpredictable obstacles and becomes unstable. Pressured members will betray their superiors when given the chance, and ambitious members may take the opportunity to initiate a frenzied power grab that breaks loyalties and dissolves cohesion, thus weakening its structure to the point of implosion. This is more typical of human hierarchies than alien ones, as the latter are too refined to create such bumbling errors.
Is this why the secret government will eventually be discarded?
Yes. As long as the control system remains stable, the secret government maintains its cohesion and allegiance to the alien forces. Due to upcoming earth changes and other factors, the times ahead introduce elements of unpredictability that threaten to destabilize the control system; the hierarchy thrives on predictability because it is a pre-requisite for control.
Because of human folly, alien forces see the secret government as unreliable during such times and unnecessary in the period that follows. They will be among the first to be eliminated, because they would otherwise be the first to resist the alien presence by using what technology they have been given, in an effort to perpetuate their own survival and maintain their power. The final phase of the alien agenda has no room for human elite, and any promises given them now about survival in a post-cataclysmic future are lies used to bargain their allegiance.

While the exploitation of human nature has afforded our alien manipulators easy success in what they have accomplished so far, human nature ultimately threatens to undermine the finalizations of their plan which requires total allegiance on our part to their empire. As long as we have an innate ability to empathize and tap into spiritual wisdom and as long as we can long for individuality and freedom, our loyalty and their security cannot be permanently guaranteed or enforced.
How do alien forces plan to counter the problem of "human nature"?
Einstein once said that a problem's solution cannot come from the same level where the problem originated. If human nature is the problem, then only a non-human element can be the solution. At present, the problem resides in the inevitable failure of both the secret government and future humans to maintain unconditional obedience to their alien masters due to fundamental genetic and metaphysical differences and the fact that we are individualistic and opportunistic by nature.
Once the New World Order is initiated, their solution is to place humanity under the leadership of a genetically engineered "master race" of alien-human hybrids. These hybrids surpass us in intellectual and psychic abilities, and they do not "suffer" from the "weaknesses" of human nature such as empathy and the longing for individual freedom. While maintaining control, they will then interbreed with the human population to infuse these genetic characteristics into humanity at large. Thus, in the end mankind will be biologically predisposed toward subservience to the alien empire, alleviating the empire of having to expend unnecessary resources enforcing their control. At that point, we will be locked into bondage and the alien agenda will have reached its conclusion.
We are seeing evidence of this already. For example, we are being culturally pre-conditioned to eventually accept the policy of interbreeding between humans and hybrids. Standards of physical beauty embodied in supermodels and actresses increasingly move toward emphasis upon features typical of hybrids: low forehead, small chin, triangular face, large eyes, and slim androgynous bodies. It wasn't too long ago that the "hybrid" look would have been considered disturbing and unhealthy, but today the trend has been toward the sexualization of these characteristics.
How will this hybrid race be created?
Alien abductions serve multiple purposes, and this is one of them. Presently, the hybrid breeding program is virtually finished. Hybrids look human, but lack our aforementioned qualities that make us liable to resist an overt alien presence. Some are already being silently integrated into the population. A few are being unwittingly born into human families, others will be introduced in mass numbers later this decade when they reach child-bearing age.
Some hybrids among us are already being passed off as "Indigo Children," though not all Indigo Children are hybrids. The hybrids most successfully following their intended programming act like little psychopaths, have contempt for humans, and possess acute intellectual and psychic powers to support their ambitions. It is these qualities that make them fit for eventually ruling over humanity in obedience to their alien superiors.
What is the actual process used in the creation of hybrids?
The actual process involved is complicated, but here is a simple description. Both genetic and metaphysical factors must be taken into account, as it is the latter that accounts for the hybrid breeding program taking more time than one might expect.
Our DNA is the interface mechanism between the nonphysical soul and physical body. For this interface to hold both together, genetics must match soul profile. A slight mismatch in one will cause a mutation in the other, but too much of a mismatch keeps the the soul from seating in the body. So to genetically modify or create an entire race, it is not enough to merely engineer the genetic code, but to synchronize its profile and growth with that of the souls intended to occupy the bodies.
This is why people with specific bloodlines especially resonant with the aliens' own soul nature are heavily targeted for abduction. Resonance exists because at some point in the ancient past, individuals within that bloodline may have consciously aligned with a negative spiritual existence and thus imprinted their genetic code with this alignment. Their descendants carry this imprint, which is considered valuable as stock material for engineering the hybrid race. The physical nature of these genetics matches in critical areas with the intended metaphysical characteristics of the hybrids.
This stock material is crossed with selected alien genetics and tweaked to create a wide variety of hybrids, some more successful than others. Until a self-sustaining and self-reproducing hybrid race could develop, these fetuses were often implanted into an abductee's womb for gestation. The human etheric body is rich in emotional and vital energies, which helps the gestating fetus develop robustly. Those that lack this etheric nourishment either fail to develop or become sickly hybrid children once born.
Successful hybrids are those who can indefinitely survive in a densely physical environment such as our own, who are capable of successfully reproducing with humans and amongst themselves, who look human enough to integrate easily, and who are void of any undesirable human traits.
What is the soul nature of these hybrids?
Even with their human physiology, considering that the hybrid genetic profile is extremely resonant with the soul nature of their creators, it is very likely the latter intend to incarnate into these bodies themselves. Some hybrids may be born with alien souls, others may function as empty containers that work their way into strategic social positions and standby to receive the alien soul at a later time. It is also possible that hybrids have their own unique soul matrix, though the end result would be the same.
Occupying hybrid bodies would afford our alien manipulators the strengths of both alien and human races with none of either's weaknesses. Human weakness is the longing for individual freedom and ability to empathize, and alien weakness is the inability to stay in our physical environment for prolonged periods of time. The hybrids are biologically robust like us because they have virtually human bodies, but they will be be mentally superior and loyal to the aliens if they have souls identical to them. Additionally, since offspring are imprinted with the soul energies of both parents, it would quicken the metaphysical modification of mankind for the hybrid parent to have a negatively oriented alien soul.
Why can't aliens stay in our physical environment for prolonged periods of time?
They require psychic or etheric energy to project themselves into our three dimensional environment. In their natural state, they are four-dimensional (4D) beings who exist in a more etheric level of reality, but can choose to become physical with an expenditure of energy. Our three-dimensional world is embedded in a four-dimensional universe, meaning 4D beings must focus their essence into a narrow range to become temporarily 3D. Otherwise they appear invisible to us, a situation that can be compared to an aquarium in a room - we are fish who are aware of other fish, but we remain relatively unaware of those outside the aquarium who observe us.
This is true mainly for alien types known as "reptilians" or "lizards." To save energy, they prefer staying in their native 4D environment, while using various interface mechanisms to remotely interact with 3D. For example, they have constructed a cybernetic race of beings we recognize as "grays," which serve as 3D "spacesuits" for them. Grays are genetically engineered robots technologically interfaced with the reptilian soul. They are cybernetic probes into our reality that can stay for relatively longer periods of time and are used to carry out abductions and other tasks.

How can one stop being abducted by aliens?

1) giving up all karmic and ego-based reasons for wanting them to continue
2) choosing to resist abductions by firmly and frequently intending that they stop
3) choosing emotional stability, positivity, and serenity over hysteria and obsessive fear
4) becoming consciously aware of abductions before, during, or after they happen
5) learning from evidence gained after every abduction how to counter their tactics

These methods help deter both soul and physical abductions. In a soul abduction, the body is left asleep but the soul is taken and "worked upon" and then put back. For purely physical abductions, one could also try detection, shielding, or scrambling methods to annoy aliens and display one's resistance. Can anything be done to stop the alien agenda?
The alien agenda depends heavily upon us relinquishing our collective freewill. If the aliens deceptively appear as saviors, and hybrids as a positive step in human evolution, then people will gladly support them. Their enthusiastic support for the alien "saviors" may be great enough to drive them toward suppressing any resistance movements, seeing them as enemies to the betterment of mankind.
However, if enough people can be informed ahead of time about the alien agenda, then the deception will not be as successful. What are they doing to counter the possibility of people waking up and resisting?
Before the information age, knowledge was easily suppressed. Today, it is more easily corrupted with disinformation. Why don't negative forces just kill them?
Due to metaphysical reasons, not all who are targeted can simply be killed; they must freely choose to destroy themselves. Of those who succumb, some are given diseases like cancer that quietly eliminates them, some are permanently abducted and consumed, and others die in freak accidents.

While the switchover passes without notice, one can usually observe a drastic and disturbing shift in their research focus and methods. Besides influential people being mind programmed or replaced as disinformation agents, how else are negative forces suppressing the spread of knowledge?
Willpower, knowledge, spiritual resiliency, mental clarity, and emotional purity are qualities that reduce one's level of susceptibility to being influenced by negative forces. There are billions of humans for whom these qualities are not a priority due to the simplicity of their reason for incarnating. This makes them very easily manipulated by alien forces and the secret government to serve as buffers against the system-destabilizing effect of "insurgent" individuals.

If we do wake up as a planet, will desperate alien factions risk using force?
They have invested much energy toward securing earth and its population for their exploitation, so they will not give up easily. As discussed before, force is usually kept to a minimum while strategy is optimized to ensure efficient use of energy and the preservation of their desired resources. But sometimes force is the only strategy left. As always, they would use it by getting others to do the work for them.
Due to their aversion to the physicality of our environment, they employ physical and expendable beings as their enforcers. The latter tend to include soldiers recruited from other worlds they have already conquered. Nevertheless, direct confrontation with 4D forces is inevitable if we were to transcend our 3D states and enter their realm.
Acting alone in our present physical condition, even with a world united under a single technologically advanced government, we would be unable to successfully repel such an overt takeover. In the best of such cases, we would be like monkeys fighting armed poachers. Such conditions are unlikely anyway since the secret government or hybrid elite will ensure that the world does not act unilaterally against the alien forces and instead works to suppress resistance movements.
Given the scope of their knowledge suppression mechanism -- and if that fails, the overwhelming nature of their overt invasion -- is there any hope?
Yes, there is hope in the sense that divine plans are in place to balance the equation and give us a fighting chance of transcending alien manipulation and escaping our fragile physical conditions. The help we receive from higher sources is of a catalytic nature, meaning it merely assists our own efforts.
From one perspective, 3D earth is little more than a prison planet run by tyrannical forces about to implement their "final solution." We cannot fight as prisoners because we are too weak. To avoid enslavement and liquidation, we must become empowered by first escaping this prison - thankfully with the help of those who have escaped before us. This means accepting divine help, transcending our limited physical states, and evolving into 4D beings ourselves. Only then will we be on a level playing field with our alien manipulators.
From a more metaphysical perspective, 3D earth is a school of hard knocks. The quantum leap in evolution we require to withstand the overt alien takeover is not impossible, it is inevitable - every life lesson we learn brings us closer to graduating from our three dimensional physical existence. This process is natural and need not be forced; for those of us who have chosen the path of integrity and truth, our individual destinies are intertwined with the divine plan, and we have been synchronistically guided since birth to have the right experiences needed to prepare us for what is to come.
Among us are numerous advanced souls from higher realms who have incarnated into our world to help destabilize the alien control system and catalyze the evolution of those ready to graduate for the first time. Many don't remember who they are or where they came from, and from early childhood most are heavily targeted by negative forces for self-destruction due to their threatening roles as system destabilizers. Those who overcome these obstacles grow strong enough to contribute toward the divine plan by spreading knowledge and assisting the evolution of others. Are we alone in the universe?
Of course not. We're not even alone on earth. Even assuming that a finite 3D universe is all there is, calculations show a high probability that intelligent life exists elsewhere in this galaxy and that earth has seen the presence of extraterrestrials. Anyone with common sense acknowledges this possibility, anyone with an open mind will research the subject, and anyone with open eyes will confirm for themselves that aliens exist, have been active in our past, and continue to be actively involved in human affairs today.
Skeptics tend to be ignorant and refuse to examine all the evidence, closing their eyes and claiming they don't see any evidence that aliens exist. In truth, ignorance is never proof to the contrary. To put it another way, "Just because your head's up your ass doesn't mean the sun don't shine."
Evidence is everywhere - from worldwide religious and mythological accounts commonly describing ancient encounters with advanced beings, anomalous archaeological sites and artifacts indicating past use of superior technology, over a century's worth of eyewitness sightings of UFOs, hundreds of physical trace samples recovered from UFO landing sits, government documents and whistleblowers acknowledging the existence of extraterrestrials, and thousands of abduction cases that include multiple witnesses, memories recalled without hypnosis, and undisputable physical and medical evidence confirming these accounts.
In a nutshell, what is the alien agenda?
Mankind is being enslaved by non-human forces who are technologically, psychically, and dimensionally superior to us. They consist of multiple factions, spanning multiple dimensions and locations in spacetime, all here to take a slice of the human pie. Their ultimate goal is to assimilate us into their fascist empire and parasitically exploit us for our biological, etheric, and physical resources. Through covert manipulation and hyperdimensional tricks that utilize time travel, they have secretly manipulated and exploited humanity in every way conceivable for tens of thousands of years. We are now seeing their plans overtly manifest with the abduction and hybrid breeding program, and their imminent portrayal as saviors to a human race gone mad with world conflict. If the world accepts them as saviors, individual freedom as we know it will become snuffed like a blown candle, leaving only darkness.
Given their technological superiority, why don't hostile alien forces just take over the planet?
For strategic reasons, their invasion is a drawn out process rather than a single spectacular blitzkrieg as one might expect, though the latter can be used to finalize the invasion once the first phase has spiritually tranquilized the target population. There are many problems with an overt invasion using physical force. History has shown that visible tyrants are also visible targets who quickly fall if they reveal themselves before total control has been established. Smarter tyrants stay hidden and cleverly manipulate the population into first defeating and enslaving itself.
Cosmic tyrants exist who seek to assimilate entire worlds into their empire. The premature invasion of those who have UFO sightingtargeted us could lead to conflicts threatening the two resources they have come here to exploit: earth and its inhabitants. They prefer that we willingly hand over ourselves and the planet with the least amount of resistance. This can only happen under the condition that we are unaware of their true nature or agenda. Preparing such deception requires much groundwork. Thus, they have chosen to covertly and patiently manipulate human society toward that end.
Their preferred method of subversion is to create elite among the population who do the dirty work of enslaving the rest. What we know as the "secret government" is an occult technocracy comprised of these elite humans. The secret government is using problem-reaction-solution techniques to frame world conflicts as pretexts for the establishment of a "New World Order," an overt global totalitarian regime that will lockdown any potential for resistance and secure earth for easy assimilation into the alien empire.
Why have they not finished their invasion sooner, back when our technology was too primitive to damage their desired resources?
As mentioned, they prefer we willingly acquiesce our collective freewill. Only recently have we become technologically and politically advanced enough to create and support the infrastructure of the New World Order through which we are intended to enslave ourselves. They make their victims dig their own graves.
On a side note, this policy of brutal efficiency was demonstrated by the Nazis in their execution of captives. The rise and fall of Nazi Germany was orchestrated by the secret government as a test run for what is now becoming manifest, and much of Nazi ideology and methodology was a direct reflection of the hostile alien mindset.
Ironically, the secret government itself is just a global version of the "sonderkommando," the elite squads of Jews the Nazis selected from among the concentration camp population to control and execute their own people. Despite promises of power and survival, the sonderkommando were quickly discarded once they finished serving their purpose, and the secret government faces a similar fate once the alien invasion is complete.
Don't members of the secret government know they're being deceived?
In a negative hierarchy, all subordinates are in some way duped by their superiors, as that is how superiority is maintained. It is the wishful nature of such individuals to think they share the top of the food chain. Other members are forced to uphold their allegiance due to blackmail, oath, or mind programming. While these factors keep the hierarchy together, they also serves as its undoing when the control system encounters unpredictable obstacles and becomes unstable. Pressured members will betray their superiors when given the chance, and ambitious members may take the opportunity to initiate a frenzied power grab that breaks loyalties and dissolves cohesion, thus weakening its structure to the point of implosion. This is more typical of human hierarchies than alien ones, as the latter are too refined to create such bumbling errors.
Is this why the secret government will eventually be discarded?
Yes. As long as the control system remains stable, the secret government maintains its cohesion and allegiance to the alien forces. Due to upcoming earth changes and other factors, the times ahead introduce elements of unpredictability that threaten to destabilize the control system; the hierarchy thrives on predictability because it is a pre-requisite for control.
Because of human folly, alien forces see the secret government as unreliable during such times and unnecessary in the period that follows. They will be among the first to be eliminated, because they would otherwise be the first to resist the alien presence by using what technology they have been given, in an effort to perpetuate their own survival and maintain their power. The final phase of the alien agenda has no room for human elite, and any promises given them now about survival in a post-cataclysmic future are lies used to bargain their allegiance.

While the exploitation of human nature has afforded our alien manipulators easy success in what they have accomplished so far, human nature ultimately threatens to undermine the finalizations of their plan which requires total allegiance on our part to their empire. As long as we have an innate ability to empathize and tap into spiritual wisdom and as long as we can long for individuality and freedom, our loyalty and their security cannot be permanently guaranteed or enforced.
How do alien forces plan to counter the problem of "human nature"?
Einstein once said that a problem's solution cannot come from the same level where the problem originated. If human nature is the problem, then only a non-human element can be the solution. At present, the problem resides in the inevitable failure of both the secret government and future humans to maintain unconditional obedience to their alien masters due to fundamental genetic and metaphysical differences and the fact that we are individualistic and opportunistic by nature.
Once the New World Order is initiated, their solution is to place humanity under the leadership of a genetically engineered "master race" of alien-human hybrids. These hybrids surpass us in intellectual and psychic abilities, and they do not "suffer" from the "weaknesses" of human nature such as empathy and the longing for individual freedom. We are seeing evidence of this already. For example, we are being culturally pre-conditioned to eventually accept the policy of interbreeding between humans and hybrids. Standards of physical beauty embodied in supermodels and actresses increasingly move toward emphasis upon features typical of hybrids: low forehead, small chin, triangular face, large eyes, and slim androgynous bodies. It wasn't too long ago that the "hybrid" look would have been considered disturbing and unhealthy, but today the trend has been toward the sexualization of these characteristics.
How will this hybrid race be created?
Alien abductions serve multiple purposes, and this is one of them. Presently, the hybrid breeding program is virtually finished. Hybrids look human, but lack our aforementioned qualities that make us liable to resist an overt alien presence. Some are already being silently integrated into the population. A few are being unwittingly born into human families, others will be introduced in mass numbers later this decade when they reach child-bearing age.

What is the actual process used in the creation of hybrids?
The actual process involved is complicated, but here is a simple description. Both genetic and metaphysical factors must be taken into account, as it is the latter that accounts for the hybrid breeding program taking more time than one might expect.
Our DNA is the interface mechanism between the nonphysical soul and physical body. For this interface to hold both together, genetics must match soul profile. A slight mismatch in one will cause a mutation in the other, but too much of a mismatch keeps the the soul from seating in the body. So to genetically modify or create an entire race, it is not enough to merely engineer the genetic code, but to synchronize its profile and growth with that of the souls intended to occupy the bodies.
This is why people with specific bloodlines especially resonant with the aliens' own soul nature are heavily targeted for abduction. Resonance exists because at some point in the ancient past, individuals within that bloodline may have consciously aligned with a negative spiritual existence and thus imprinted their genetic code with this alignment. What is the soul nature of these hybrids?
Even with their human physiology, considering that the hybrid genetic profile is extremely resonant with the soul nature of their creators, it is very likely the latter intend to incarnate into these bodies themselves. This subject will be thoroughly addressed in another article. But in general, abductions can be stopped by doing the following:
1) giving up all karmic and ego-based reasons for wanting them to continue
2) choosing to resist abductions by firmly and frequently intending that they stop
3) choosing emotional stability, positivity, and serenity over hysteria and obsessive fear
4) becoming consciously aware of abductions before, during, or after they happen
5) learning from evidence gained after every abduction how to counter their tactics
6) increasing one's spiritual resiliency by seeking and applying knowledge and wisdom
7) asking for divine protection and assistance
These methods help deter both soul and physical abductions. In a soul abduction, the body is left asleep but the soul is taken and "worked upon" and then put back. For purely physical abductions, one could also try detection, shielding, or scrambling methods to annoy aliens and display one's resistance. Examples include voice-activated tape recorders, metal shielding, ultraviolet lights, white noise fields, etc...
Can anything be done to stop the alien agenda?
The alien agenda depends heavily upon us relinquishing our collective freewill. If the aliens deceptively appear as saviors, and hybrids as a positive step in human evolution, then people will gladly support them. Their enthusiastic support for the alien "saviors" may be great enough to drive them toward suppressing any resistance movements, seeing them as enemies to the betterment of mankind.
However, if enough people can be informed ahead of time about the alien agenda, then the deception will not be as successful. It may even spark debate and open the floodgates of information that expose them for what they are. When more people are informed, collective freewill won't be given up so foolishly.
What are they doing to counter the possibility of people waking up and resisting?
Before the information age, knowledge was easily suppressed. Today, it is more easily corrupted with disinformation. The alien and secret government factions now work to suppress or corrupt truth wherever they find it. They seek and destroy those attempting to reveal truth, weaken others' ability to discern truth for themselves, and program the rest to immediately ridicule or ignore truth when they hear it.
Individuals perceived as threats to the alien agenda receive custom attention. They are abducted and implanted for monitoring purposes. After being observed for weaknesses, they are repeatedly abducted and mind programmed with posthypnotic suggestions to indulge in self-destructive thoughts, emotions, and behavior. If they resist these, they are socially ridiculed or publicly discredited. Those with less spiritual resilience receive increasingly violent harassment.
Why don't negative forces just kill them?
Due to metaphysical reasons, not all who are targeted can simply be killed; they must freely choose to destroy themselves. However, their spiritual resilience declines if they do not resist self-destruct programming, which then makes them susceptible to more drastic targeting measures. Of those who succumb, some are given diseases like cancer that quietly eliminates them, some are permanently abducted and consumed, and others die in freak accidents.
It is also possible, and very effective, for susceptible individuals to be inconspicuously killed, reanimated, and replaced as disinformation agents. They then serve to undo all damage done prior to being replaced. This happens frequently to vulnerable authors, researchers, politicians, and scientists.
While the switchover passes without notice, one can usually observe a drastic and disturbing shift in their research focus and methods. Others who fail to discern truth for themselves and instead rely upon supposed credible sources to tell them what to think do not notice this shift and go along with it. As can be seen, there is no substitute for personal discernment and the spiritual resiliency that comes with integrity and knowledge.
Besides influential people being mind programmed or replaced as disinformation agents, how else are negative forces suppressing the spread of knowledge?
Willpower, knowledge, spiritual resiliency, mental clarity, and emotional purity are qualities that reduce one's level of susceptibility to being influenced by negative forces. There are billions of humans for whom these qualities are not a priority due to the simplicity of their reason for incarnating. This makes them very easily manipulated by alien forces and the secret government to serve as buffers against the system-destabilizing effect of "insurgent" individuals.
Their function in the alien agenda is to serve as "hired clappers" in the crowd by using peer pressure, ridicule, and mass consensus to override the influence of the minority who seek truth. They are also easily directed toward surrounding truth-seekers and engaging them in energy draining relationships or friendships that do nothing but sedate, distract, or sabotage.
Additionally, there exist artificial humans who are manufactured by alien forces to serve as disinformation agents capable of corrupting the knowledge of a truth-seeker via direct interaction. These are virtually identical in function to reanimated/replaced humans, except they lack a concrete traceable past. Because they are remotely controlled, they can precisely deliver disinformation customized to fit a truth-seekers profile, something the aforementioned "hired clappers" cannot do.
As can be seen, negative alien forces have in place a very effective system for the direct suppression and corruption of knowledge. To summarize, this system includes the following:
1) the abduction and self-destruct mind programming of truth-seekers to end their quest
2) peer pressure placed upon them by so-called hired clappers
3) direct targeting by artificial humans
4) the disinformation disseminated by programmed or replaced sources of authority
This supplements the various religious, political, economic, and scientific control mechanisms already established by the secret government to control society at large.
If we do wake up as a planet, will desperate alien factions risk using force?
They have invested much energy toward securing earth and its population for their exploitation, so they will not give up easily. As discussed before, force is usually kept to a minimum while strategy is optimized to ensure efficient use of energy and the preservation of their desired resources. But sometimes force is the only strategy left. As always, they would use it by getting others to do the work for them.
Due to their aversion to the physicality of our environment, they employ physical and expendable beings as their enforcers. This could include human soldiers, the hybrid elite, and any additional reinforcements they may bring in from outside our solar system. The latter tend to include soldiers recruited from other worlds they have already conquered. Nevertheless, direct confrontation with 4D forces is inevitable if we were to transcend our 3D states and enter their realm.
Acting alone in our present physical condition, even with a world united under a single technologically advanced government, we would be unable to successfully repel such an overt takeover. In the best of such cases, we would be like monkeys fighting armed poachers. Such conditions are unlikely anyway since the secret government or hybrid elite will ensure that the world does not act unilaterally against the alien forces and instead works to suppress resistance movements.
Given the scope of their knowledge suppression mechanism -- and if that fails, the overwhelming nature of their overt invasion -- is there any hope?
Yes, there is hope in the sense that divine plans are in place to balance the equation and give us a fighting chance of transcending alien manipulation and escaping our fragile physical conditions. The help we receive from higher sources is of a catalytic nature, meaning it merely assists our own efforts.
From one perspective, 3D earth is little more than a prison planet run by tyrannical forces about to implement their "final solution." We cannot fight as prisoners because we are too weak. To avoid enslavement and liquidation, we must become empowered by first escaping this prison - thankfully with the help of those who have escaped before us. This means accepting divine help, transcending our limited physical states, and evolving into 4D beings ourselves. Only then will we be on a level playing field with our alien manipulators.
From a more metaphysical perspective, 3D earth is a school of hard knocks. The quantum leap in evolution we require to withstand the overt alien takeover is not impossible, it is inevitable - every life lesson we learn brings us closer to graduating from our three dimensional physical existence. This process is natural and need not be forced; for those of us who have chosen the path of integrity and truth, our individual destinies are intertwined with the divine plan, and we have been synchronistically guided since birth to have the right experiences needed to prepare us for what is to come.
Among us are numerous advanced souls from higher realms who have incarnated into our world to help destabilize the alien control system and catalyze the evolution of those ready to graduate for the first time. Many don't remember who they are or where they came from, and from early childhood most are heavily targeted by negative forces for self-destruction due to their threatening roles as system destabilizers. Those who overcome these obstacles grow strong enough to contribute toward the divine plan by spreading knowledge and assisting the evolution of others. They are former prisoners who have come back to show others how to leave the prison. Take note that no one is chosen or special - anyone can take part in the divine plan who chooses to follow his or her heart and seek knowledge.
Knowledge is the key, for it helps us see through deception and fuels our evolution. Because of knowledge, the alien agenda will be exposed. Because of knowledge, we will evolve new insights and metaphysical abilities that can prepare us to better counter an overt alien takeover. Divine forces are at work to help us learn - if we actively seek knowledge, the way will be shown. If we actively apply knowledge, the path will be cleared. And if we actively share knowledge, the path will be followed by others.

Introduction;
Our world changed almost instantaneously in the technical capability for
mind control with the discovery that electromagnetic beams of energy could be
used for three negative purposes; influence, disable or kill from a distance.
One of the first scientists to delve into the effects of electro-magnetics on
human organisms was the famous scientist by the name of Nikola Tesla, with
E.L. Chaffee and R.U. Light quickly following his work in 1934 with the
adventation of the monograph; "A Method For the Remote Control of Electrical
Stimulation of the Nervous System."
Coincidentally the same year Soviet Union scientist Leonid L. Vasiliev wrote
"Critical Evaluation of the Hypogenic Method" about the discoveries of Dr. I.F.
Tomashevsky and his advanced research into remote influencing of the brain
through radio waves.
Andrija Puharich was yet another early scientist/researcher into the effects of
electromagnetics who delved into the effects of radio waves on animals, working
at Northwestern University in the late 1940s. Pucharich was the man who founded
a laboratory he titled the 'Round Table Foundation of Electrobiology' in what
he modestly termed "a barn in the woods" outside of Camden, Maine.
The Round Table Foundation of Electrobiology was hardly a barn, sized at one
hundred by fifty feet, with a basement and loft which was used by the Navy
(for storage) during World War II.
Among Puharich's associates at the Round Table were Warren S. McCulloch,
one of the founders of 'cybernetics' theory, who worked at Bellevue Hospital in
New York City. McCulloch was an early advocate of electronic brain implants,
and chaired conferences sponsored by the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation, a channel
for CIA mind control funding. Another associate of Puharich's was John Hays
Hammond, said to have been Nikola Tesla's only student, who was interested
in the use of electromagnetics to control the human mind.
After the demise of Andrija Puharich's Round Table Foundation of
Electrobiology, he spent a lot of time with the famous social engineer
Aldous Huxley in Tecate, Mexico, once again studying the effects of
electronics on the human organization.

'CIA Tooth Implants'
Among many of Puharich's many accomplishments was the design and pseudo-
implementation of what is described as a "radio tooth implant", the technical
specs of which were sold to the CIA. At a conference on electromagnetism
in September of 1987, Puharich the following invention: "We were able to
develop a hearing device that fit under the cap of a tooth and we could
hear very clearly from a small little relay and receiver and transmitter
and unfortunately it was promptly classified by an agency of our government.
But we did solve the problem in terms of hardware."
The radio tooth implantation may _still be in use_ to this day. According to
the 'Chemical and Engineering News' for February 5, 1996, in a story titled
"Hong Kong professor sues U.S. for mind control":
"The South China Morning Post reported on January 25 that an assistant
professor at the University of Science & Technology, Hong Kong, has filed
a $100 million suit against the U.S. government for implanting mind-control
devices in his teeth. Huang Si-ming charges that the devices were implanted
during root canal work in 1991 while he was studying at the University of
Iowa, according to Morning Post reported Patricia Young. Another student
at Iowa University, who like Huang, was born in China, had gone on a
shooting spree, and the Feds, Huang says, put the devices in his teeth to
find out if he was involved.
"The Hong Kong professor says he suffered an Alzheimer's disease-like memory
loss that hampered his teaching. It stopped, he says, only when he sought
legal aid to mount his lawsuit. Besides the U.S., the suit names the
University of Science & Technology on the grounds that it was involved in
continuing the mind-control work. It also seeks punitive damages of $1
million from the defendants for 'low ethical standards.'
"Huang claims that one of the devices in his teeth can read his thoughts and
talk to his mind when he's asleep. A second device, he believes, transmits
pictures of what he sees to a receiver for recording. The mind controller,
he says, can drive him to 'bad' behavior. He gives two examples, one of
which cannot be mentioned in a family magazine."
Huang is not alone in his complaints about having mind control devices
implanted in his teeth. David B. recounts his story:
"X-rays revealed a metal object on the left side of my skull under the jaw in
the soft tissue of my neck. In May 1996, I finally had it removed, I asked
many doctors about the possibility of it falling there during an extraction -
they said, 'possible, but remote'. Most of them thought it punctured my neck
from the outside. I sent X-rays to Dr. Sims, and he arranged removal. The
strange thing that came out of this was the discovery of the small object
in my shoulder. Dr. Leer called after receiving my X-rays and asked if I had
ever broken my shoulder, if I had ever been in an explosion. I replied no.
He said the reason was that the X-ray clearly showed a screw in my left
shoulder. He said it looked like an operation for a broken shoulder. I
have never broken a bone to my knowledge, and called my mother to ask. She
said I'd had no operations as a child. This part is a complete mystery.
"During the first six months of torture (extreme at that time), I went to a
dentist and reported pain under my new dental bridge, installed a few months
before the assault. He removed it and I was still in contact. So I wrote
off my teeth and concentrated on my throat, wrongly. In my X-rays and CAT
scan, one tooth is very bright and in one frame of the CAT scan it shows
rays of white emanating from it. People I asked said it was probably an
interference effect with the metal."

A VICTIM OF CIA MIND CONTROL: POLITICAL ASYLUM

To Whom It May Concern:
With this letter I am requesting political asylum from your
government as an American citizen and victim of mind control
carried out presumably by the CIA. I am taking such drastic
measures because I am in fear of my life and safety and because I
have exhausted every legal and other means available to me. I
have received no assistance from the President of the United
States, the FBI, the CIA, the Attorney General, my Congressman to
mention just a few. The fact that this technology exists and is
being used against private citizens and innocent people like
myself no one in any position of responsibility in government
will officially acknowledge.
I hope this is an acceptable condition for political asylum. If
need be I am willing to relinquish my citizenship and be declared
stateless as a means to this end. This is a well thought-out
decision on my part and I am aware of all the ramifications that
could occur. Naturally it is not a decision that I have taken
easily, but under the circumstances it is likely that it is the
only one that will prolong my life or give me any quality of
life.
I would like to provide a chronology giving the events leading up
to this decision.
As a university student I spent a year abroad in France and
Germany and in Paris. I met a German university graduate whom I
later married. We eventually returned to Germany to live after we
finished our studies in the U.S. (I did my B.A. and he did a
postgraduate degree in international business). A few years later
we were divorced in Munich, Germany. I then became a graduate
student and teacher, and resided for almost 10 years in what was
then West Berlin, Germany. There was nothing unusual in my life
until the year 1983. At that time I co-taught a parapsychology
course in the Community College system of West Berlin. A friend
attended this class and brought a guest. The guest whom I will
call "C.L." and I became friends later. Through these people I
got to know some other new acquaintances and whether these people
are incidental to, or pivotal figures in what later transpired is
something that I can only speculate about. However, a certain
pattern would appear to emerge from this.
One of the people I got to know casually was Peggy Woolsey who
had worked as secretary to Richard Helms, former head of the CIA
in Iran (He was there during the coup). Peggy would often tell me
about her life in Iran. Once when I was in her apartment having a
drink I discovered at least a inch of sediment on the bottom of
my drink. I commented on this and was told it was the "Berlin
water." Another time I went to East Berlin in her car with
diplomatic plates and felt a strange mood of paranoia almost as
if I was hallucinating. I remember Peggy asking me where the
Russian embassy was. I remember thinking, "How should I know?"
In fact, I was at that time so naive I had not realized there
was a Russian embassy in West Berlin. I had crossed the border
previously primarily to go to the opera or theater or to buy
books (German literature classics in cheap editions). I had the
impression that something strange was transpiring. It was during
this time that I was on three occasions, at three different
locations, talked to during my sleep by people I was acquainted
with. On these occasions I had awakened abruptly during my sleep
and became aware of what was transpiring. I went to the U.S.
consulate and named names. After this I was harassed by a man in
a white car who would drive by my apartment and when in close
proximity, would zap me with an electrical field of some sort.
He was very brazen. I would find my body pulsating during my
sleep especially at the base of my spine, but my whole body
would vibrate as well and I would see flashing lights on my
wall. I had to go to the U.S. Consulate several times and they
expressed disbelief in what I was saying rudely stating: Who
would be interested in you -- you have no important political or
military contacts. Ultimately they advised me to return to the
U.S. and change my name. In despair I contacted a secret service
in Berlin and was treated with consideration and respect at
least. Ultimately I decided to return to the U.S. where I
thought I would be able to live a normal life. I think back to
those innocent days when I was merely being harassed by parties
unknown in no way suspecting what would be in store for me when
I returned to a living hell and unbelievable torture, abuse, and
experimentation.
In retrospect the only conclusion that makes reasonable sense is
that I must have exposed a CIA operation. I was then classified
as a "write-off" or expendable as a human being. By some
unfortunate decision I was designated for a constant monitoring,
inhuman method of electronic incarceration utilizing
intra-cerebral microwave induction of voices. This is one of
several sadistic approaches they have used to destroy my life. So
for 13 years now I have never known one moment of privacy, or
peace. My entire life has been stolen from me. My apartment
serves them as the cage of a guinea pig.
What they attempted to do with very crude, unsophisticated human
input (not to say criminal and immoral) coupled with an
electronic technology totally unknown to the public was to set up
some artificial controls (or "handlers") utilizing voice and
emotive responses of some individuals recognizable to me and get
them to "control" my behavior by the use of positive and negative
reinforcement. These were not "voices" talking to me live but
were a whole catalog of reactions that were activated in my brain
by some means. For example if I did something they did not like
they would use the voice characteristics of "C." crying or
whining or expressing despair. Thus the same expression would be
played over and over again like canned laughter on a TV quiz
program. I might hear the same emotive phrase played over 5
times in one day however absurd that may seem. When they
realized that I was not being hoodwinked or deceived into
thinking that this was a real person (and naturally they selected
the voices of former lovers) they did not attempt to project this
artifice but instead would harass me with the voices. Often I was
interrupted at what I was doing at the rate of once a minute
throughout the day. At other times it was once every 4 minutes.
At other times every time I made a decision, drew a conclusion
from something, or followed instructions it was reinforced. The
implication being that these swine were in charge of my behavior
and thinking. This reaches the point of fanatic absurdity on
their part. And it still continues even as I type this. They are
constantly trying to reinforce or keep in place their repulsive
"program."
Here are some examples: Through a business contact I got to know
"S." and every time I met with her it was euphorically reinforced.
This was something I could not fathom. I would think why is not
my friendships with V., E.J., or others reinforced like this. It
did not make sense to me as S. was a rather unsophisticated but
warm-hearted Iranian hairdresser. Later I discovered that under
the Shah, S. had been married to a Judge, connected in high
places, had hidden people in her home and had had to flee when
her husband was arrested.
I think that one of the things they had planned to use was to
start relationships with certain targeted individuals. They kept
up a rabid campaign to get me to re-establish a contact with a
foreign national who reputedly had intelligence contacts. I
refused but they never stopped harassing me. They tried to
establish a whole associational network of things supposedly
characteristic of this person to constantly keep him in my mind
which was revolting in the extreme. So I frequently formed the
impression that I was constantly dealing with people who were my
intellectual inferiors, ignorant provincials who were in a mad
rush to use their high-tech equipment on any designated victim.
The irony of all this pain and suffering was that the same
things could have been achieved by very conventional and mundane
methods. But this high-tech equipment was being used by
individuals very unlike myself where I had a feeling I was being
corrupted by the association, that I was being polluted by the
contact and as a result I feel I have lost or had murdered my
spirituality, my refinement, my dignity and privacy as a women,
my idealism, my joy in living, my sexuality, my feelings of
freedom, my comfort zone, i.e. all that had once been the
essential ingredients of my life.
Their sadism knows no bounds. They will talk with you and make it
a point of letting you know that they are watching you while you
are on the toilet, for example.
Needless to say, I attempted suicide but was stopped in the woods
by another motorist.
I would be more happy to reveal their whole mind control program
but there is not enough time now.
What happened to precipitate this decision to seek asylum is that
I discovered that there were other victims on whom the same or
similar technology was being used and began networking with them
and sharing information with plans of going public and getting
organized. I was also able to upgrade and expand my technical
knowledge and met victims of the CIA's Project Monarch and
MKULTRA.
I then started to get heart palpitations of a severe nature and
my thyroid would be microwaved so that it would pulsate. I would
awaken with a field directed to my stomach and intestines (the
genital stimulation during sleep was by now old-hat) so that my
midriff would be sore. When I would cover my thyroid with my
hands to shield it I would later have arthritic-similar pains in
my hands. I woke up two days ago with pain in my left armpit and
both groin lymph nodes. I am afraid I am being "taken out." One
of the de-programmers and most knowledgeable persons on the CIA's
codes, techniques and tactics has been suddenly diagnosed with
terminal cancer that apparently appeared out of nowhere.
I fear for my safety. I have gone to extremes to protect myself
-- trying to set up improvised faraday cages, sleeping on the
bathroom floor, wrapping myself in copper, aluminum, and the
pinging is terrible -- the program that gets activated during my
REM sleep especially. And last night for the first time they
actually used some equipment that lifted my body out of the
galvanized aluminum shields I had erected. I was actually
knocked backwards. I then tried to write this letter at home but
my electric typewriter malfunctioned -- when I would hit the "n"
key I would get "q" for example.
Your speedy attention to this urgent matter would certainly be
appreciated.

Microwaves and Mind Control in Low Income Communities
September, 1995
"Contel Couldn't Con Churchill"
Contel Cellular's attempt at building cellular phone towers in
the highly populated Black district of Churchill, came to a
screeching halt when residents met with Contel representatives to
voice their concerns. The meeting was held on July 31 at 6 p.m.
at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls club. Organized by Reggie
Malone and Sterling Page, the meeting was to provide a platform
on the pros and cons of the tower and the health risks involved.
Contel was supposed to provide evidence that microwave radiation
produced by cellular phone towers are harmless. That did not
happen. I was invited by Mr. Malone to be on the panel and
present my research on the effects of microwave radiation and
cited several studies from very credible sources that microwave
radiation is very harmful.
In attendance for Contel was the Company president Phil Forbes
and Richard Biby a so-called communications engineer expert who
came to the meeting empty handed, with no information, only
rhetoric. A map of Richmond was the only thing presented as
residents began to tear into their backsides for coming
unprepared.
The channel 12 report broadcast at 11:00 p.m. spared Contel
the embarrassment of how it really was a landslide defeat given to
them by the residents. Channel 12 attempt to lend support and
credibility to Contel was weak and full of holes. The organizers
Reggie Malone and Sterling Page were never even interviewed, in
fact Richard Biby was the only panelist that was interviewed. He
was promoted as an expert that denied any harmful effects from
low-level microwave radiation, although he provided no evidence
to the Churchill residents. I presented several studies myself,
with the documentation in my hand, that microwave radiation is
harmful. But channel 12 didn't seem very interested.
City manager Robert Bobb, who was also in attendance, said in
the channel 12 interview that the tower would still be built in
the community but at a different site after siding with the
residents in the meeting. You stabbed us in the back again Mr.Bobb.
Shirley Harvey, the lone maverick of city council always
standing against the odds for what she believes in, approached
Mr. Bobb when I was with her after the meeting about the video
cameras on the street corners in Black neighborhoods. He replied
he didn't know of them, but he did admit to some closed
discussions of electronic surveillance. They have obviously been
doing more than discussing it. (* check the corner of Brooklyn

At this point we will quote several more sources, articles, and
studies on" low-level" microwave radiation since that's the reason
they give us that cellular phone towers are safe.
In 1971 the Presidents advisory council issued a report that
stated "electromagnetic radiations emanating from radar,
television, communications systems, microwave ovens, permeate the
environment" and warned that "the consequences of undervaluing or
misjudging the biological effects of long-term, low-level
exposure could become a critical problem for the public health,
especially if genetic effects are involved."
The Environmental Protection Agency released a summary of
scientific reviews in December of 1990 which concluded that
scientific evidence "suggests a causal link " between (ELF)
extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields, (produced by
microwave radiations) and leukemia, lymphoma, and brain cancer.
And "a possible but not proven, cause of cancer in Humans." We
have found that it is very provable.
In 1976 Professor Przemyslaw Czerski along with Dr. William M.
Leach, chief of the experimental studies branch of the Bureau of
Radiological Health's Division of Biological Effects, told a
seminar that convened in Washington on December 15, 1976 by the
Electromagnetic Radiation Management Advisory Council that it was
"easily demonstrable and easily quantified microwave effects on
the lymphocytes and lymphocytic systems of mice, rabbits, and
guinea pigs which had been exposed to low doses of radiation."
Dr. Leach went on to say that up to 20% of the normal
lymphocyte cells (white blood cells) in the irradiated animals
underwent blastic transformation, which means that the cells grew
in size then divided into two. Dr. Leach then told the audience,
"We have a word for that, the word is cancer." The study was
conducted for the first 6 months of 1976.
A study was compiled about behavior alteration caused by ELF
electromagnetic radiation by William Bise, director of the
Pacific Northwest Center for the study of Non-ionizing Radiation
in Portland, Oregon. The report is called "Radio-frequency
Induced Interference Responses in the Human Nervous System". It
was conducted on 10 human volunteers between July 1975 and June
1976. It states that "biological interference responses in the
human nervous system can be elicited (caused) not only by
pulse-modulated but by continuous wave radio-frequency at power
densities substantially below those levels that exist in a
typical urban environment". In the last section of the Bise report
he suggested that since approximately 5% of the urban population
of the U.S. was believed to be living in an environmental power
density, his findings indicate "a meaningful risk factor for the
general population appears to exist".
The study published by the U.S. Army mobility Equipment
Research and Development Center in 1972 called, "Analysis of
Microwaves for Barrier Warfare", states that," It is possible to
field a truck- portable microwave barrier system that will
completely "immobilize" (mind-control) personnel in the open with
present day technology and equipment".
In light of the studies and interest in behavior control using
microwave radiation and it's effects on the nervous system from
the army, scientists, and medical specialists, could the silence
about the real effects of microwave radiation be part of a
plan to alter then eventually control the behavior of an
unsuspecting urban population? Keeping in mind that before
someone can control you, you must give up control of yourself or
be made to lose control of your own behavior. Are people more out
of control these days?
Are individuals being produced who are extremely susceptible to
these subliminal microwave signals and go out and commit
atrocities? They don't even know why they did it. Some claim to
hear voices that told them to do things. It is not only possible,
it is likely.
There is great interest in mind-control. Ask Psychotechnologies
of Richmond, Va. which owns the American right to the soviet
mind-control technology that the F.B.I. was going to use on David
Koresh during the Waco stand-off. Dr. Igor Smirnov who developed
it claimed it could be used through the phone. (Defense
Electronics 7/93) Psychotechnologies is not listed in the directory.
It is time for people to ignore the rhetoric and examine the facts for
ourselves.

Although the various reports appear, at first glance, to
represent a confused and conflicting mass of data, a
logical, orderly and meaningful pattern can be evolved in
evaluating their data. The basic factors which must
constantly be borne in mind are:
(1) that microwave radiation is electromagnetic in nature,
(2) that the nervous system functions as an electronic
network normally shielded or protected from spurious
fields and
(3) that when extraordinary electromagnetic fields are
created around neural elements this can produce
functional or organic neurological anomalies.
Soviet research showed that pulsed fields
(such as those which appear around power lines) were more
effective than continuous radiation in affecting nervous
system pathways.
"For non-thermal irradiations, they believe that the
electromagnetic field induced by the microwave environment
affects the cell membrane, and this results in an increase
of excitability or an increase in the level of excitation of
nerve cells. With repeated or continued exposure, the
increased excitability leads to a state of exhaustion of the
cells of the cerebral cortex. This results in the Sechenov
inhibition effect which is manifested by the elimination of
positive conditioned reflexes or behavior."
This is the same result found in studies of the effects of
power line fields on human cell samples. One hesitates to
quote such a source as the National Enquirer, but the
response this article elicited from the Department of
Defense warrants it. On June 22, 1976, the tabloid reported
that since 1973 the Advanced Research Projects Agency had
been sponsoring a program to develop a machine that could
read minds from a distance by deciphering the brain's
magnetic waves.

Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Transmitters
One field of research that has sparked some interest of mine is that of
Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Transmitters and the numerous possibilities
involved in possessing one. Lets take a look at the possible ethical
implications involved in ELF research; for example, if I were carrying an
ELF transmitter operating at alpha frequencies, would the people around me
be affected as well? Would these people unconsciously gravitate towards me
because they'd become more relaxed as they moved closer? What if
a salesman were carrying an ELF transmitter? Would people be influenced to
buy something because they were more relaxed around the salesman? Could
entire populations be influenced to be comfortable with ideas they would
normally reject? There are some serious ethical considerations to keep in
mind when working with ELF transmitters, and these are only the non-malicious
uses for them.
ELF Transmitters can be used as remote weapons against people and animals...
The Soviets have been playing with the effects of Extremely Low Frequencies for
over fifty years by studying the psychophysiological and metabolic changes and
the alterations of brain function resulting from exposure to mixed frequencies
of ELF radiation. One physiological effect which has been demonstrated is
heart seizure on humans, dogs, and cats.
Another possibility is the alteration of the blood-brain barrier. This could
allow neurotoxins in the blood to cross. As a result, an individual could
develop severe neuropathological symptoms and either die or become seriously
impaired neurologically.

- 6-10 Hertz are the same frequencies produced by the human brain in the
theta and alpha states. Generally, specific brain wave frequency ranges
can be associated with mood or thought patterns in humans.
- Frequencies below 8 Hertz are considered theta waves, which are said to
be associated with creative and insightful thought. When an artist, scientist,
or hacker has the "aha" experience, there is a good chance he or she is in
"theta mode".
- Alpha frequencies are from 8-12 Hertz and are commonly associated with relaxed,
meditative states. Most people are in an alpha state during the short time
immediately before they fall asleep and when the conscious nervous system switches
over to the subconscious.
- Beta frequencies are about 12 Hertz and coincide with our most "awake" analytical
thinking. For example; if you're solving a math problem, your brain is working
at beta frequencies. Most of our waking hours as adults are spent in the beta
state.
Medical Implications of Extremely Low Frequencies:
- Over-exposure to ELF radiation can cause loss of short/long term memory
- Causes skin problems
- Weaken the immune system (is there a link between ELF radiation and AIDS?)

The equipment required for this experiment was easily attainable,
with the notable exception of a stable frequency counter with .01 Hertz resolution.
Accurate frequency measurements were essential for this research,
so I designed and built a digital frequency counter capable of
measuring frequency to the hundredth of a Hertz (plus or minus .005 Hertz).
A 100 KHz crystal Colpitt's oscillator (calibrated with WWV) was
used as a time base and divided by ten to the seventh power to attain
the desired resolution.

The transducer was a 24" diameter hand-wound coil, consisting
of 1000' of #25 magnetic wire. The coil had a DC resistance of
32.4 ohms. It was mounted on a 26" square piece of bakalite board
for stability. Two dowels were mounted with plastic ties onto the
board so they extended 24" from opposite sides of the board and
the entire apparatus was secured by two microphone stands.

Introduction;
Our world changed almost instantaneously in the technical capability for
mind control with the discovery that electromagnetic beams of energy could be
used for three negative purposes; influence, disable or kill from a distance.
One of the first scientists to delve into the effects of electro-magnetics on
human organisms was the famous scientist by the name of Nikola Tesla, with
E.L. Chaffee and R.U. Light quickly following his work in 1934 with the
adventation of the monograph; "A Method For the Remote Control of Electrical
Stimulation of the Nervous System."
Coincidentally the same year Soviet Union scientist Leonid L. Vasiliev wrote
"Critical Evaluation of the Hypogenic Method" about the discoveries of Dr. I.F.
Tomashevsky and his advanced research into remote influencing of the brain
through radio waves.
Andrija Puharich was yet another early scientist/researcher into the effects of
electromagnetics who delved into the effects of radio waves on animals, working
at Northwestern University in the late 1940s. Pucharich was the man who founded
a laboratory he titled the 'Round Table Foundation of Electrobiology' in what
he modestly termed "a barn in the woods" outside of Camden, Maine.
The Round Table Foundation of Electrobiology was hardly a barn, sized at one
hundred by fifty feet, with a basement and loft which was used by the Navy
(for storage) during World War II.
Among Puharich's associates at the Round Table were Warren S. McCulloch,
one of the founders of 'cybernetics' theory, who worked at Bellevue Hospital in
New York City. McCulloch was an early advocate of electronic brain implants,
and chaired conferences sponsored by the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation, a channel
for CIA mind control funding. Another associate of Puharich's was John Hays
Hammond, said to have been Nikola Tesla's only student, who was interested
in the use of electromagnetics to control the human mind.
After the demise of Andrija Puharich's Round Table Foundation of
Electrobiology, he spent a lot of time with the famous social engineer
Aldous Huxley in Tecate, Mexico, once again studying the effects of
electronics on the human organization.

'CIA Tooth Implants'
Among many of Puharich's many accomplishments was the design and pseudo-
implementation of what is described as a "radio tooth implant", the technical
specs of which were sold to the CIA. At a conference on electromagnetism
in September of 1987, Puharich the following invention: "We were able to
develop a hearing device that fit under the cap of a tooth and we could
hear very clearly from a small little relay and receiver and transmitter
and unfortunately it was promptly classified by an agency of our government.
But we did solve the problem in terms of hardware."
The radio tooth implantation may _still be in use_ to this day. According to
the 'Chemical and Engineering News' for February 5, 1996, in a story titled
"Hong Kong professor sues U.S. for mind control":
"The South China Morning Post reported on January 25 that an assistant
professor at the University of Science & Technology, Hong Kong, has filed
a $100 million suit against the U.S. government for implanting mind-control
devices in his teeth. Huang Si-ming charges that the devices were implanted
during root canal work in 1991 while he was studying at the University of
Iowa, according to Morning Post reported Patricia Young. Another student
at Iowa University, who like Huang, was born in China, had gone on a
shooting spree, and the Feds, Huang says, put the devices in his teeth to
find out if he was involved.
"The Hong Kong professor says he suffered an Alzheimer's disease-like memory
loss that hampered his teaching. It stopped, he says, only when he sought
legal aid to mount his lawsuit. Besides the U.S., the suit names the
University of Science & Technology on the grounds that it was involved in
continuing the mind-control work. It also seeks punitive damages of $1
million from the defendants for 'low ethical standards.'
"Huang claims that one of the devices in his teeth can read his thoughts and
talk to his mind when he's asleep. A second device, he believes, transmits
pictures of what he sees to a receiver for recording. The mind controller,
he says, can drive him to 'bad' behavior. He gives two examples, one of
which cannot be mentioned in a family magazine."
Huang is not alone in his complaints about having mind control devices
implanted in his teeth. David B. recounts his story:
"X-rays revealed a metal object on the left side of my skull under the jaw in
the soft tissue of my neck. In May 1996, I finally had it removed, I asked
many doctors about the possibility of it falling there during an extraction -
they said, 'possible, but remote'. Most of them thought it punctured my neck
from the outside. I sent X-rays to Dr. Sims, and he arranged removal. The
strange thing that came out of this was the discovery of the small object
in my shoulder. Dr. Leer called after receiving my X-rays and asked if I had
ever broken my shoulder, if I had ever been in an explosion. I replied no.
He said the reason was that the X-ray clearly showed a screw in my left
shoulder. He said it looked like an operation for a broken shoulder. I
have never broken a bone to my knowledge, and called my mother to ask. She
said I'd had no operations as a child. This part is a complete mystery.
"During the first six months of torture (extreme at that time), I went to a
dentist and reported pain under my new dental bridge, installed a few months
before the assault. He removed it and I was still in contact. So I wrote
off my teeth and concentrated on my throat, wrongly. In my X-rays and CAT
scan, one tooth is very bright and in one frame of the CAT scan it shows
rays of white emanating from it. People I asked said it was probably an
interference effect with the metal."

A VICTIM OF CIA MIND CONTROL: POLITICAL ASYLUM

To Whom It May Concern:
With this letter I am requesting political asylum from your
government as an American citizen and victim of mind control
carried out presumably by the CIA. I am taking such drastic
measures because I am in fear of my life and safety and because I
have exhausted every legal and other means available to me. I
have received no assistance from the President of the United
States, the FBI, the CIA, the Attorney General, my Congressman to
mention just a few. The fact that this technology exists and is
being used against private citizens and innocent people like
myself no one in any position of responsibility in government
will officially acknowledge.
I hope this is an acceptable condition for political asylum. If
need be I am willing to relinquish my citizenship and be declared
stateless as a means to this end. This is a well thought-out
decision on my part and I am aware of all the ramifications that
could occur. Naturally it is not a decision that I have taken
easily, but under the circumstances it is likely that it is the
only one that will prolong my life or give me any quality of
life.
I would like to provide a chronology giving the events leading up
to this decision.
As a university student I spent a year abroad in France and
Germany and in Paris. I met a German university graduate whom I
later married. We eventually returned to Germany to live after we
finished our studies in the U.S. (I did my B.A. and he did a
postgraduate degree in international business). A few years later
we were divorced in Munich, Germany. I then became a graduate
student and teacher, and resided for almost 10 years in what was
then West Berlin, Germany. There was nothing unusual in my life
until the year 1983. At that time I co-taught a parapsychology
course in the Community College system of West Berlin. A friend
attended this class and brought a guest. The guest whom I will
call "C.L." and I became friends later. Through these people I
got to know some other new acquaintances and whether these people
are incidental to, or pivotal figures in what later transpired is
something that I can only speculate about. However, a certain
pattern would appear to emerge from this.
One of the people I got to know casually was Peggy Woolsey who
had worked as secretary to Richard Helms, former head of the CIA
in Iran (He was there during the coup). Peggy would often tell me
about her life in Iran. Once when I was in her apartment having a
drink I discovered at least a inch of sediment on the bottom of
my drink. I commented on this and was told it was the "Berlin
water." Another time I went to East Berlin in her car with
diplomatic plates and felt a strange mood of paranoia almost as
if I was hallucinating. I remember Peggy asking me where the
Russian embassy was. I remember thinking, "How should I know?"
In fact, I was at that time so naive I had not realized there
was a Russian embassy in West Berlin. I had crossed the border
previously primarily to go to the opera or theater or to buy
books (German literature classics in cheap editions). I had the
impression that something strange was transpiring. It was during
this time that I was on three occasions, at three different
locations, talked to during my sleep by people I was acquainted
with. On these occasions I had awakened abruptly during my sleep
and became aware of what was transpiring. I went to the U.S.
consulate and named names. After this I was harassed by a man in
a white car who would drive by my apartment and when in close
proximity, would zap me with an electrical field of some sort.
He was very brazen. I would find my body pulsating during my
sleep especially at the base of my spine, but my whole body
would vibrate as well and I would see flashing lights on my
wall. I had to go to the U.S. Consulate several times and they
expressed disbelief in what I was saying rudely stating: Who
would be interested in you -- you have no important political or
military contacts. Ultimately they advised me to return to the
U.S. and change my name. In despair I contacted a secret service
in Berlin and was treated with consideration and respect at
least. Ultimately I decided to return to the U.S. where I
thought I would be able to live a normal life. I think back to
those innocent days when I was merely being harassed by parties
unknown in no way suspecting what would be in store for me when
I returned to a living hell and unbelievable torture, abuse, and
experimentation.
In retrospect the only conclusion that makes reasonable sense is
that I must have exposed a CIA operation. I was then classified
as a "write-off" or expendable as a human being. By some
unfortunate decision I was designated for a constant monitoring,
inhuman method of electronic incarceration utilizing
intra-cerebral microwave induction of voices. This is one of
several sadistic approaches they have used to destroy my life. So
for 13 years now I have never known one moment of privacy, or
peace. My entire life has been stolen from me. My apartment
serves them as the cage of a guinea pig.
What they attempted to do with very crude, unsophisticated human
input (not to say criminal and immoral) coupled with an
electronic technology totally unknown to the public was to set up
some artificial controls (or "handlers") utilizing voice and
emotive responses of some individuals recognizable to me and get
them to "control" my behavior by the use of positive and negative
reinforcement. These were not "voices" talking to me live but
were a whole catalog of reactions that were activated in my brain
by some means. For example if I did something they did not like
they would use the voice characteristics of "C." crying or
whining or expressing despair. Thus the same expression would be
played over and over again like canned laughter on a TV quiz
program. I might hear the same emotive phrase played over 5
times in one day however absurd that may seem. When they
realized that I was not being hoodwinked or deceived into
thinking that this was a real person (and naturally they selected
the voices of former lovers) they did not attempt to project this
artifice but instead would harass me with the voices. Often I was
interrupted at what I was doing at the rate of once a minute
throughout the day. At other times it was once every 4 minutes.
At other times every time I made a decision, drew a conclusion
from something, or followed instructions it was reinforced. The
implication being that these swine were in charge of my behavior
and thinking. This reaches the point of fanatic absurdity on
their part. And it still continues even as I type this. They are
constantly trying to reinforce or keep in place their repulsive
"program."
Here are some examples: Through a business contact I got to know
"S." and every time I met with her it was euphorically reinforced.
This was something I could not fathom. I would think why is not
my friendships with V., E.J., or others reinforced like this. It
did not make sense to me as S. was a rather unsophisticated but
warm-hearted Iranian hairdresser. Later I discovered that under
the Shah, S. had been married to a Judge, connected in high
places, had hidden people in her home and had had to flee when
her husband was arrested.
I think that one of the things they had planned to use was to
start relationships with certain targeted individuals. They kept
up a rabid campaign to get me to re-establish a contact with a
foreign national who reputedly had intelligence contacts. I
refused but they never stopped harassing me. They tried to
establish a whole associational network of things supposedly
characteristic of this person to constantly keep him in my mind
which was revolting in the extreme. So I frequently formed the
impression that I was constantly dealing with people who were my
intellectual inferiors, ignorant provincials who were in a mad
rush to use their high-tech equipment on any designated victim.
The irony of all this pain and suffering was that the same
things could have been achieved by very conventional and mundane
methods. But this high-tech equipment was being used by
individuals very unlike myself where I had a feeling I was being
corrupted by the association, that I was being polluted by the
contact and as a result I feel I have lost or had murdered my
spirituality, my refinement, my dignity and privacy as a women,
my idealism, my joy in living, my sexuality, my feelings of
freedom, my comfort zone, i.e. all that had once been the
essential ingredients of my life.
Their sadism knows no bounds. They will talk with you and make it
a point of letting you know that they are watching you while you
are on the toilet, for example.
Needless to say, I attempted suicide but was stopped in the woods
by another motorist.
I would be more happy to reveal their whole mind control program
but there is not enough time now.
What happened to precipitate this decision to seek asylum is that
I discovered that there were other victims on whom the same or
similar technology was being used and began networking with them
and sharing information with plans of going public and getting
organized. I was also able to upgrade and expand my technical
knowledge and met victims of the CIA's Project Monarch and
MKULTRA.
I then started to get heart palpitations of a severe nature and
my thyroid would be microwaved so that it would pulsate. I would
awaken with a field directed to my stomach and intestines (the
genital stimulation during sleep was by now old-hat) so that my
midriff would be sore. When I would cover my thyroid with my
hands to shield it I would later have arthritic-similar pains in
my hands. I woke up two days ago with pain in my left armpit and
both groin lymph nodes. I am afraid I am being "taken out." One
of the de-programmers and most knowledgeable persons on the CIA's
codes, techniques and tactics has been suddenly diagnosed with
terminal cancer that apparently appeared out of nowhere.
I fear for my safety. I have gone to extremes to protect myself
-- trying to set up improvised faraday cages, sleeping on the
bathroom floor, wrapping myself in copper, aluminum, and the
pinging is terrible -- the program that gets activated during my
REM sleep especially. And last night for the first time they
actually used some equipment that lifted my body out of the
galvanized aluminum shields I had erected. I was actually
knocked backwards. I then tried to write this letter at home but
my electric typewriter malfunctioned -- when I would hit the "n"
key I would get "q" for example.

Microwaves and Mind Control in Low Income Communities
September, 1995
"Contel Couldn't Con Churchill"
Contel Cellular's attempt at building cellular phone towers in
the highly populated Black district of Churchill, came to a
screeching halt when residents met with Contel representatives to
voice their concerns. The meeting was held on July 31 at 6 p.m.
at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls club. Organized by Reggie
Malone and Sterling Page, the meeting was to provide a platform
on the pros and cons of the tower and the health risks involved.
Contel was supposed to provide evidence that microwave radiation
produced by cellular phone towers are harmless. That did not
happen. I was invited by Mr. Malone to be on the panel and
present my research on the effects of microwave radiation and
cited several studies from very credible sources that microwave
radiation is very harmful.
In attendance for Contel was the Company president Phil Forbes
and Richard Biby a so-called communications engineer expert who
came to the meeting empty handed, with no information, only
rhetoric. A map of Richmond was the only thing presented as
residents began to tear into their backsides for coming
unprepared.
The channel 12 report broadcast at 11:00 p.m. spared Contel
the embarrassment of how it really was a landslide defeat given to
them by the residents. Channel 12 attempt to lend support and
credibility to Contel was weak and full of holes. The organizers
Reggie Malone and Sterling Page were never even interviewed, in
fact Richard Biby was the only panelist that was interviewed. He
was promoted as an expert that denied any harmful effects from
low-level microwave radiation, although he provided no evidence
to the Churchill residents. I presented several studies myself,
with the documentation in my hand, that microwave radiation is
harmful. But channel 12 didn't seem very interested.
City manager Robert Bobb, who was also in attendance, said in
the channel 12 interview that the tower would still be built in
the community but at a different site after siding with the
residents in the meeting. You stabbed us in the back again Mr.Bobb.
Shirley Harvey, the lone maverick of city council always
standing against the odds for what she believes in, approached
Mr. Bobb when I was with her after the meeting about the video
cameras on the street corners in Black neighborhoods. He replied
he didn't know of them, but he did admit to some closed
discussions of electronic surveillance. They have obviously been
doing more than discussing it. (* check the corner of Brooklyn

At this point we will quote several more sources, articles, and
studies on" low-level" microwave radiation since that's the reason
they give us that cellular phone towers are safe.
In 1971 the Presidents advisory council issued a report that
stated "electromagnetic radiations emanating from radar,
television, communications systems, microwave ovens, permeate the
environment" and warned that "the consequences of undervaluing or
misjudging the biological effects of long-term, low-level
exposure could become a critical problem for the public health,
especially if genetic effects are involved."
The Environmental Protection Agency released a summary of
scientific reviews in December of 1990 which concluded that
scientific evidence "suggests a causal link " between (ELF)
extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields, (produced by
microwave radiations) and leukemia, lymphoma, and brain cancer.
And "a possible but not proven, cause of cancer in Humans." We
have found that it is very provable.
In 1976 Professor Przemyslaw Czerski along with Dr. William M.
Leach, chief of the experimental studies branch of the Bureau of
Radiological Health's Division of Biological Effects, told a
seminar that convened in Washington on December 15, 1976 by the
Electromagnetic Radiation Management Advisory Council that it was
"easily demonstrable and easily quantified microwave effects on
the lymphocytes and lymphocytic systems of mice, rabbits, and
guinea pigs which had been exposed to low doses of radiation."
Dr. Leach went on to say that up to 20% of the normal
lymphocyte cells (white blood cells) in the irradiated animals
underwent blastic transformation, which means that the cells grew
in size then divided into two. Dr. Leach then told the audience,
"We have a word for that, the word is cancer." The study was
conducted for the first 6 months of 1976.
A study was compiled about behavior alteration caused by ELF
electromagnetic radiation by William Bise, director of the
Pacific Northwest Center for the study of Non-ionizing Radiation
in Portland, Oregon. The report is called "Radio-frequency
Induced Interference Responses in the Human Nervous System". It
was conducted on 10 human volunteers between July 1975 and June
1976. It states that "biological interference responses in the
human nervous system can be elicited (caused) not only by
pulse-modulated but by continuous wave radio-frequency at power
densities substantially below those levels that exist in a
typical urban environment". In the last section of the Bise report
he suggested that since approximately 5% of the urban population
of the U.S. was believed to be living in an environmental power
density, his findings indicate "a meaningful risk factor for the
general population appears to exist".
The study published by the U.S. Army mobility Equipment
Research and Development Center in 1972 called, "Analysis of
Microwaves for Barrier Warfare", states that," It is possible to
field a truck- portable microwave barrier system that will
completely "immobilize" (mind-control) personnel in the open with
present day technology and equipment".
In light of the studies and interest in behavior control using
microwave radiation and it's effects on the nervous system from
the army, scientists, and medical specialists, could the silence
about the real effects of microwave radiation be part of a
plan to alter then eventually control the behavior of an
unsuspecting urban population? Keeping in mind that before
someone can control you, you must give up control of yourself or
be made to lose control of your own behavior. Are people more out
of control these days?
Are individuals being produced who are extremely susceptible to
these subliminal microwave signals and go out and commit
atrocities? They don't even know why they did it. Some claim to
hear voices that told them to do things. It is not only possible,
it is likely.
There is great interest in mind-control. Ask Psychotechnologies
of Richmond, Va. which owns the American right to the soviet
mind-control technology that the F.B.I. was going to use on David
Koresh during the Waco stand-off. Dr. Igor Smirnov who developed
it claimed it could be used through the phone. (Defense
Electronics 7/93) Psychotechnologies is not listed in the directory.
It is time for people to ignore the rhetoric and examine the facts for
ourselves.

Although the various reports appear, at first glance, to
represent a confused and conflicting mass of data, a
logical, orderly and meaningful pattern can be evolved in
evaluating their data. The basic factors which must
constantly be borne in mind are:
(1) that microwave radiation is electromagnetic in nature,
(2) that the nervous system functions as an electronic
network normally shielded or protected from spurious
fields and
(3) that when extraordinary electromagnetic fields are
created around neural elements this can produce
functional or organic neurological anomalies.
Soviet research showed that pulsed fields
(such as those which appear around power lines) were more
effective than continuous radiation in affecting nervous
system pathways.
"For non-thermal irradiations, they believe that the
electromagnetic field induced by the microwave environment
affects the cell membrane, and this results in an increase
of excitability or an increase in the level of excitation of
nerve cells. With repeated or continued exposure, the
increased excitability leads to a state of exhaustion of the
cells of the cerebral cortex. This results in the Sechenov
inhibition effect which is manifested by the elimination of
positive conditioned reflexes or behavior."
This is the same result found in studies of the effects of
power line fields on human cell samples. One hesitates to
quote such a source as the National Enquirer, but the
response this article elicited from the Department of
Defense warrants it. On June 22, 1976, the tabloid reported
that since 1973 the Advanced Research Projects Agency had
been sponsoring a program to develop a machine that could
read minds from a distance by deciphering the brain's
magnetic waves.

Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Transmitters
One field of research that has sparked some interest of mine is that of
Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Transmitters and the numerous possibilities
involved in possessing one. Lets take a look at the possible ethical
implications involved in ELF research; for example, if I were carrying an
ELF transmitter operating at alpha frequencies, would the people around me
be affected as well? Would these people unconsciously gravitate towards me
because they'd become more relaxed as they moved closer? What if
a salesman were carrying an ELF transmitter? Would people be influenced to
buy something because they were more relaxed around the salesman? Could
entire populations be influenced to be comfortable with ideas they would
normally reject? There are some serious ethical considerations to keep in
mind when working with ELF transmitters, and these are only the non-malicious
uses for them.
ELF Transmitters can be used as remote weapons against people and animals...
The Soviets have been playing with the effects of Extremely Low Frequencies for
over fifty years by studying the psychophysiological and metabolic changes and
the alterations of brain function resulting from exposure to mixed frequencies
of ELF radiation. One physiological effect which has been demonstrated is
heart seizure on humans, dogs, and cats.
Another possibility is the alteration of the blood-brain barrier. This could
allow neurotoxins in the blood to cross. As a result, an individual could
develop severe neuropathological symptoms and either die or become seriously
impaired neurologically.

- 6-10 Hertz are the same frequencies produced by the human brain in the
theta and alpha states. Generally, specific brain wave frequency ranges
can be associated with mood or thought patterns in humans.
- Frequencies below 8 Hertz are considered theta waves, which are said to
be associated with creative and insightful thought. When an artist, scientist,
or hacker has the "aha" experience, there is a good chance he or she is in
"theta mode".
- Alpha frequencies are from 8-12 Hertz and are commonly associated with relaxed,
meditative states. Most people are in an alpha state during the short time
immediately before they fall asleep and when the conscious nervous system switches
over to the subconscious.
- Beta frequencies are about 12 Hertz and coincide with our most "awake" analytical
thinking. For example; if you're solving a math problem, your brain is working
at beta frequencies. Most of our waking hours as adults are spent in the beta
state.
Medical Implications of Extremely Low Frequencies:
- Over-exposure to ELF radiation can cause loss of short/long term memory
- Causes skin problems
- Weaken the immune system (is there a link between ELF radiation and AIDS?)

The equipment required for this experiment was easily attainable,
with the notable exception of a stable frequency counter with .01 Hertz resolution.
Accurate frequency measurements were essential for this research,
so I designed and built a digital frequency counter capable of
measuring frequency to the hundredth of a Hertz (plus or minus .005 Hertz).
A 100 KHz crystal Colpitt's oscillator (calibrated with WWV) was
used as a time base and divided by ten to the seventh power to attain
the desired resolution.

The transducer was a 24" diameter hand-wound coil, consisting
of 1000' of #25 magnetic wire. The coil had a DC resistance of
32.4 ohms. It was mounted on a 26" square piece of bakalite board
for stability. Two dowels were mounted with plastic ties onto the
board so they extended 24" from opposite sides of the board and
the entire apparatus was secured by two microphone stands.

quote for this particular paper, wouldn't you agree? To think, it wasn't
until this past summer at Defcon 8 that I learned so much about electronic
mind control and it's presence in my life.
Our conception of reality is nothing but a dance of electronic images fired
into our forebrains, a gossamer construction of our masters, designed so that
we will not under any circumstances perceive the actual. Our lives, controlled
by electronic connections - the media manipulator, the cyberneticist, and of
course the government. We're nothing but the puppets, and they are the
puppetmasters.
